I just recently signed up for BetterMe plan and ordered the essential kit. I am unfortunately ordered the wrong color and requested to see if I could switch. The rep was very responsive and explained the process on how to swap the color. I really appreciate the quick response and looking forward to my journey to becoming healthier.
BetterMe is a fantastic app with easy‑to‑follow exercises that have really helped me build confidence at the gym. Their customer service is excellent—when I recently had an issue, they resolved it within a couple of hours and were both professional and polite. Highly recommended.
The online classes are decent though slightly inconsistent with being able to work both sides of the body. Also, the classes may be labeled glutes or arms when it is not necessarily working those those days.My biggest complaint is that I have changed my card used with this vendor more than once and every time I start getting odd fraudulent charges from mystery vendors. I've had to change two cards now and I know it has something to do with this vendor because it is pretty much the only charge I have on my second card. If you use this company, I would strongly suggest using a prepaid Visa or MC giftcard. Luckily, I have the Apple card and can change the card number easily at anytime.
Once I used Better Me, I realized the exercise sessions were a mix up standing and then sitting and then standing again which I couldn’t do. I contacted them and explained I had a heart condition and wasn’t able to get up and down so fast. I asked if they could set up my lessons being all standing or all down. They contacted me by the next day to let me know they were working on this. Within a week I had my new exercise routine. Not only great customer service response but they really care about their clients and their health. I love being able to work out with their program. Highly recommend!!!
Terrible company. I requested a refund 1 day after being charged. I can not do their program due to recent cervical spinal surgery. I explained this to them and they still won't give me a refund. They suggested I use their nutrition part of their app. I had stomach cancer in 2013 so I don't have much of a stomach and only bought the app to strengthen myself before my cervical surgery. The nutrition app does nothing for me. They still haven't refunded my money. I will be contacting the Consumer Protection Agency about this company. They are very deceptive.
