I have both the BetterMe subscription and their tracker. Being rather tech stupid, I had two separate queries about the tracker and, on each occasion, the BetterMe team answered promptly, with patience and provided responses which assisted me to solve both problems. They could have been, but were not, patronising.This is increasingly uncommon and, therefore, a very welcome surprise.
