Horrible. If possible, don't use it. It's charging me 1 month after use, for monthly order, which I particularly tried to avoid getting! This is incrediby rude..

Absolute crap

Absolute crap. Impossible to park after use so you keep getting charged. Please use Hoppy Scooters instead. So much easier to use. Buy the passes as it works out cheaper.

My experience with finding the right…

My experience with finding the right parking spot was beyond horrible. I had to go around a long distance trying to find a place and then come back. Therefore, I lost my train to work. I have seen others' complaints here and now I feel stunned that the same mistakes still persist. Boy, you have to change your business plan, otherwise you will broke.

So here I am in Porto

So here I am in Porto, Portugal with a friend. While I was able to terminate the ride just fine, my friend was unable too. After his meltdown over this, I reached out to the company per the app instructions for an adjustment on the bill...they simply shrugged. So now I gotta dispute this with my credit card, give Bird a bad review, and uninstall the app because they got zero customer orientation. Byebye Birdy.
