I wish I could put less than 1 star

I wish I could put less than 1 star. First time to ever use one, and had many issues with the scooters not working. Also they make you pay for a card up front. After the fiasco of actually trying these out, I was charged with 11 transactions totaling over $100 for less than an hour ride. When contacting Bird.co, I was told they couldn't find my account. What a joke of a company. Currently disputing ALL charges and will NEVER use again.

I have never ridden one and yet I am seeing a charge on my credit card. I got ahold of them at 1866-205-2442 and they made it right. They cancelled the charges and will not charge me anymore.

Really disappointed, scoter didn’t work properly and kept taking money out of my account after I left it someone, disgusted in how difficult it was to start the operation of it to work to obit only be let down but waste money on it to not even get to ride it.
