The worst marketing platform I've ever encountered in 20 years. The WORST customer service. Utterly incompetent people allegedly supporting a totally inadequate platform.

Fun to use but come on

Fun to use but come on, my $5 can't be returned when the scooters don't even exist in my town anymore? (They ignored me).

Bird-an ostrich that sticks its head in the sand when it comes to returning your money

Bird refused to refund the money on my account. I am now too old to risk the injuries that might come from riding a scooter. When I asked for them to refund the balance of my account back to my credit card on file with them, they refused. Use Lime, Uber or some other service and avoid this company totally.

Hello, I’ve used a lot of e Scooters, all the companies, Bird WAS ok, seems to be failing very badly now, especially in the payment and app department, it will not end rides so they can take your money, be warned, app and account now deleted, AVOID!

I would leave minus zero for this…

I would leave minus zero for this company not only did they over charge but also took over 80 dollars from me that I can not get back. This company should be wrote up on fraud charges. On top of their scooters not being charged and the company charging u for it. They also lied to my bank when trying to get my funds back and said I had more riders then I really did.

No way to have a conversation with the customer support. Charge an amount incomprenhensible in relation to the use of the service. Very very frustrating to deal with a company like this.
