Review Time
I bought a blendjet 2 in November 2023 which was then recalled back in January 2024. I was told to cut the rubber into three piece, I did this and sent the relevant information. I then had to wait for a replacement to be sent out. It’s now August 2025 and I still have not received a replacement.AVOID!!
After using the BlendJet item for a while I then found out about a recall on the product and learnt about them giving out replacement parts. Then after getting no updates after many months, I got in touch around August last year with the email saying saying that there are problems in the supply chain, and that it would be sending out more around March 2024. Fast forward to day and I have yet to receive any the replacement part or even just a refund at this point, its a complete joke and a scam, would not recommend this company at all.
Like others have described, it seemed great at first; until I received an email instructing me to destroy the lower part. I had two blenders, destroyed them as instructed, and still haven’t received my replacement. This is a total scam. Probably the rudest company I have ever dealt with.
Very frustrated with Blendjet. I went through the recall process and this has been ongoing for over a year now. There customer service team is awful, with no updates on when the replacements will be rolled out. I have been told to just wait out, after contacting them multiple times over the past year, they cannot give any updates, but still freely sell the same products online that the are supposed to replace. This whole process has been frustrating and hopeless, don't think I'll get the replacement that I paid a lot of money for.
I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with BlendJet. I was asked to destroy my previous BlendJet device due to a safety recall issue, and was promised a replacement or refund. It’s now been almost a year, and I’ve received neither.For the past three months, I’ve been following up on an ongoing email thread regarding my refund. A support agent eventually asked for my PayPal details, which I promptly provided—but since then, I’ve received no updates, no refund, and no response, despite multiple follow-up emails.This level of customer service is completely unacceptable, especially for a company that proactively requested customers destroy their products due to safety concerns. I expected better accountability and support. I will not be recommending BlendJet to anyone, and I regret my purchase.
I am still waiting for my replacement part from their BlendJet 2 recall. Like everyone else I get a sorry we are having a tough time taking care of recalls. Next they will blame the tariffs. I have contacted them on multiple occasions and my last mail in March has gone with a response. Congratulations to those of you that have been lucky to receive your replacement, but there are many many more that the company has ignored. It’s too bad that they have a product that works very well but unfortunately they don’t seem to care about those that can no longer use because we did the right thing and disabled it to protect them. Not a good look.
I have been waiting 11 months for a replacement unit with no update. I will never recommend a blendjet product ever again. Poor business model with even worse customer support. can’t believe I ever spent a penny supporting this company. DONT EVER BUY A BLENDJET
Bought a blendjet blender, used it a few times before being told it needed to be cut up and a replacement would be sent out. Like everyone else, i never recieved my replacement. Just got a blanket email back each time i chased. The blender was not cheap and the customer service has been very poor. They havent even offered a discount for a new one or an apology for what has happened. How can you still be selling on your website and then claim to be out of business to those you've ripped off?I would not buy off this company again. If you are looking for a blender look at the new portable ones from Ninja. They have great reviews, and i bet they would send out a replacement if they needed to.
Due to the Blendjet recall and requested that we destroy two of our units and provide evidence of doing so, but we have yet to receive the replacement parts. They will no longer respond to emails and we have two defunct units we can't use. They have proven themselves to be a truly untrustworthy company, I currently recommend that you purchase similar items from another company.
Loved my original blender but it was recalled due to safety concerns. I followed thier instructions, filled out the forms and provided evidence that mine was out of action, as they required. That was in June 2024, 11 months ago. I have heard nothing since, no sign of the promised replacement, contacting them they just say 'supply issues' but are still selling new units instead of replacing the recalled ones. Terrible customer service.
