Great selection of blinds, curtains and fabrics and easy fitting instructions. Well made and well packaged. The click to fit are genius!! I have now ordered for 13 windows in total. The first order unlined, the second order I took advantage of free blackout lining, on selection this also gave me a discount which wasn’t obvious on ordering. Had I known I would have done the same with the first order.

I ordered a blackout blind and upgraded to the electric motor. I had issues pairing the remote and called customer services - initially the seemed helpful and said they would email me a workaround/reset. However the email did not relate at all to the remote - asking me to press buttons that didn't exist on the remote or motor. I replied back to the email and a new agent sent me another set of instructions - again these did not relate to my blinds at all. I called customer services again was put on hold and then got cut off, By this point I'd given up and email to request a refund - this time no reply. I finally got the blinds to pair by following a online video for a similar pair of blinds (not relating to the instructions at all) Also to add on the checkout page it offered me remote for £9.95. It wasn't clear if the remote already came with the blind and the page send I could not operate with out it so I ordered one. When I mentioned to customer services that I would be returning the second remote unopened and unused I was told it was not refundable - as it was an offer with the blind - this seems way out of order.

We ordered 10 blinds, 9 of which were guaranteed delivery before Christmas.
1st delivery, ordered venetian blinds in 2 different colours, all the blinds were exactly the same colour. Called customer service who told me it was my fault as I didn't order a sample. I argued the point that blue and grey are completely different colours, regardless of what their labels said. After getting cut off I had to call back and eventually, they agreed to replace them. Quite wasteful and not environmentally friendly as rather than replace the fabric panels they remade all the metal and plastic parts too.
Another delivery, Christmas eve. Promised delivery of 5 blinds, only 2 arrived. When I called the representative insisted there would be another delivery later that day. That night UPS sent an email saying they were expecting my parcels...
We did eventually all 10 blinds, in dribs and drabs and we did have to have another blind 'remade' as it was never delivered, despite the company insisting it was in the Christmas eve delivery - the courier's proof of delivery photos clearly detailed only 2 parcels.
Communication on deliveries was a bit hit and miss.
We now have all the blinds up. Whilst they look good and fit perfectly, I really wouldn't want the headache of dealing with this company again.

Concerns about fitting outside the recess were unfounded!

I came across some negative comments regarding the fitting of roman blinds outside the recess, but I had no reason to be concerned! These blinds were simple to install, even with a width of 190 cm. The three brackets went in smoothly, and I was able to remove them without any hassle. They look fantastic and maintain the usual high quality.

Misleading Delivery Promises

I was assured a delivery by early January 26, which I have documented. However, upon checking the tracking status, it indicates that the delivery is now expected at the beginning of February 26. I spoke with a representative who mentioned that the delay is due to the blind being manufactured overseas, but they didn’t specify where. I believed this was a local company. Had I known the actual timeline for receiving my blind, I would have chosen another option, as I urgently need it. I find the false promises unacceptable.

Disappointing experience with the blind order.

I ordered a no-drill blind made to measure. When it arrived, it was visually appealing, but unfortunately, it was 2 inches too small! I reached out for a refund, but my request was denied. I then ordered another blind with the same measurements, opting for a standard roller blind, hoping it would be made correctly. However, that one also arrived too small! A professional had to fit it, and they ended up making wooden blocks to install it. Now, light seeps in around the edges, and there's an issue with the chain. I've contacted the support team and need to send photos of the blind, which is tricky since it's wide and I have no assistance. I'm feeling quite stressed as I need total darkness to sleep, and now I have to look for inexpensive blackout linings until this situation is addressed.

Frustrating experience with my order

I ordered some blinds with the click and go rail during the Black Friday sale, and they arrived on December 23rd. Unfortunately, the rail was longer than the measurements I provided. I've sent multiple photos to demonstrate the issue and have had extensive communication with no resolution. I can't comment on the blinds since I can't install them, and I am now seeking a refund.

Delivery timeline was confusing, but product quality is good

The delivery was promised before Christmas, but I received a notification stating it wouldn't arrive until December 29th. Later, another email on the 23rd indicated it would be delivered on the 24th, which was inconvenient since we were away for the holiday and not anticipating a delivery until the 23rd. Nonetheless, the blinds arrived, and I am satisfied with the product and its quality.

Extremely Disappointed with the Service

I placed an order for shutter blinds on December 1st with an expected delivery time of 5-7 working days, as we were moving on the 19th. The following day, the estimated delivery changed to December 15th, which I accepted since it indicated next-day delivery post-dispatch. When December 15th came, there was still no dispatch email. The next day, it showed they had been dispatched, but the tracking revealed only a label was created; UPS hadn't received the items. Finally, on December 23rd, UPS got the goods, but we had to change the delivery address due to our move. Throughout this time, the support team provided misleading information over the phone and only offered 25% compensation, which was inadequate. The blinds eventually arrived on December 31st, but they were damaged and scratched! When I attempted to return them for a refund, the process was convoluted, requiring photos with tape measurements. I've submitted the pictures and am still waiting for a response. This experience has been unacceptable. I do not recommend using this service.
