Excellent service - had to get extra long replacement chains for two roller blinds after I'd not accounted for the drop from window sill to floor and all sorted with no fuss. Special thanks to Andrea in faciliating it all.
Absolutely chuffed to bits with the Roman blind for my bedroom- it looks amazing. Only reason I did not give 5* is because UPS delivery was disappointing- charged me for delivery after x2 failed deliveries where they did not let me know they were coming! But I will not let this put me off from ordering again from Blinds2go!
Fantastic blinds but as I have already informed you- on one of the blinds the cord pull was ridiculously short; so short I could hardly reach it without standing on a step. You have now promised to send another one which is longer. Ie useable.

Have bought quite a few Venetian blinds from the company and the quality has always been good as well as the purchase experience. The website is very comprehensive allowing measurements in various units and clear information as to choice of cord etc placement. Offers are fairly regularly given so there is always an ability to get a discount. Our blinds ordered are a mix of large and smaller blinds to fit two box bay windows and they were easy to put up - measuring beforehand is a must to ensure you get the sizes and fit you like although the company does adjust the size to give allowances for sizing. Our only minor issue was that a slat holder was missing - emailed via the website on a Sunday evening and got an instant response from a customer services rep who had everything sorted by the Monday in terms of sending out the replacement part. A very slight thing to note would be the cord holder for a large blind as it doesn't really hold on to 4 cords that well when the blind is pulled up and down - this was easy to rectify as we bought some cord condensers and whilst they are meant to break open easily for child safety, this does seem to prevent the cords breaking free as easily when just pulling up and down, so it's just something to be aware of with larger heavier blinds - the issue isn't a problem with smaller blinds where you only have two cords at the top of the mechanism. Order and delivery time for 7 blinds was a matter of days and each time we've ordered they have been delivered on time and in good order by UPS. Would recommend the company highly.
Ordered 2 electric roller blinds 02/02. The blinds arrived quickly but parts were missing and to this day (09/02) still have no working blinds. Customer service is useless. Contacted them and explained what was missing and how they couldn’t be paired because the remote sent didn’t correspond with instruction received, eventually after 40 minutes on the phone I was told they would send the correct instructions. I didn’t receive the correct instructions. I phoned again explaining everything that happened and that after researching myself I hadn’t received a QR code . I was asked to send photos which I did and I still haven’t heard from them. Can’t comment on the blinds because haven’t got them installed or working. Wouldn’t recommend the company at all. Customer service is non existent, it’s all AI.
Easy to use website with lots of photos, swatches and help pages. Clean instructions on how to measure and order for your window blind. Delivery estimates were good, with tracking available once shipped. Well packed, with everything well made and nicely finished. Looks and functions just great!
Having brought a roller blinds from Blinds 2 Go a few year ago which I was happy with, I returned and brought another roller blind and a set of curtains.
Sadly this time my experience was not great. The roller blind chain broken. Blinds 2 Go sent the wrong replacement chain twice. The curtains were delayed in production and delivery but were all in order once I received them.
Read on line that they have been takeover by Hilary's Blinds. I don't think I will be a returning customer again.
Our Roman blinds arrived with very short pull chains making them virtually useless, blinds to go posted us new chains without to much fuss but the only option available from customer services was REPAIR THEM OURSELVES, despite their initial email response to our complaint clearly stating it was a manufacturing fault.
At £250 for two blinds it’s really poor service.

Easy to measure at home easy to order on delivery item packed perfectly easy to install and looks beutiful at the window will be ordering again soon very happy with my purchase looks like real wood blinds great prices this is my third time of ordering from this company would not use anyone else
