I enjoy my Bluetti product I've used it for almost a year now and it's been great reliable even in cold weather it did happen to shut itself off because it got too cold and it told me it was too cold on the screen so that's a good thing that it tells you what's wrong my only complaint is not really what the product but the app that you use for the product good get polished up a little more and go to try to purchase anything in their store using the app and it keeps on giving me an error about wrong country tax code or something like that and I can't seem to get past that so they might want to fix that but all in all great product with the app is needing some work
Bluetti has great products, pricing and service. They strive hard for customer satisfaction and I appreciate their efforts. I am very satisfied with my several purchases and product performance,...I am still learning how to best and efficiently use My Bluettis.
