My Elite 200 V2 Was shipped very fast and with great protection( packaged very good). Very easy to setup.for me it was plug and play. So far day one very happy with the unit. I recommend BLUETTI I already have a AC180 and it performed great when my power went out. my network stayed on and that's why I purchased a larger one for the rest of my equipment.
I purchased the AC200Max for household item backup and because it can be expanded. It's been about a year and I decided to add another unit (AC180) for other things upstairs. I really like the look and feel of the Bluetti products and the app works great. I ran several small test and these things do what they say they do.I will buy another AC180 when the next sale comes.I also brought my daughter an EB3A for her apartment incase her power goes out.
I started with a AC200MAX when they first came out to use in my truck camper. I later added the eco-cooler and AC180T through Indiegogo and have since purchased another AC180T so I can swap batteries among them. I hope Bluetti comes out with a stand alone battery charger for their B70 batteries.
For starters, Bluetti makes great products. They also back that up with exceptional service. I have had to use the Bluetti support center a few times (nothing product quality related) and the service has been exceptional.Thank you Bluetti!
Bluetti is a standout product amongst other fantastic companies. My experience, and considerable research, led me to Bluetti and I'm not one bit disappointed. The batteries work flawlessly, store their power for looooong periods of time, and the Bluetti app is very well done with lots of information. I think this company works hard to improve service, products and prices too. I just bought a Elite 200V2 for half the price that would have been a year ago. I had tech questions after arrival and I got people on the phone who helped me fast. I also ordered a cable but changed my mind in favor of a longer version and the refunded me in 5 minutes and followed up to make sure I was satisfied with all outcomes. I cant ask for better than that and the power station itself is really excellent so far. The app for it integrates very well, too. A few years ago I wouldnt consider Bluetti for anything but today is different and I will shop them first for my next needs.
