I went in B & Ms to buy an Air fryer as they had very competitive prices. It was heavy and I couldn't get it to the till but a member of staff didn't hesitate to get it down from a high shelf and take it to the till for me. He 'Andy' was very polite and helpful. A week later I was in store again and saw him help a young mum by carrying a set of craft drawers out to her car. I was really impressed he's clearly a helpful, professional person.
Very disappointed. I purchased a b&M mop. Which you twist, to get rid of excess water, after use. I purchased over 30 days ago. Spoke to manager. Due to purchase more than 30days, no refund!!! Not fit for purpose. I gave the mop to the store to dispose of. Very very disappointed. Manager stated, it is very well advertised in the store. 30days only, if items fail. Ridiculous!!! Not fit for purpose.
After visiting the Castleford store today, I wanted to let you know about the member of staff who went out of his way to be as helpful as possible. The employee, Ryan, was polite and helpful whilst maintaining a high standard of professionalism. A young man of this nature and professionalism deserves recognition.All too often we hear of rude staff so this is quite refreshing.
I got in touch regarding item I bought that was unfortunately past its best before date customer service was so helpful regarding this and refunded with a gift card exceeding cost that I paid This was all rectified in one phone call . Thankyou customer service
