A week later, I received a parking fine for exceeding the 90-minute limit by 10 minutes. I contacted the support team, and they were accommodating, successfully getting the charges canceled when I provided proof of my visit with a large receipt.

This morning, my partner and I visited the Evesham Branch to buy our last Christmas gifts. We found a toy priced at £8.99, which we thought would be a great gift. After purchasing it along with other items, we noticed we were charged £19.99 for the toy. I asked the staff about the pricing, and they took me to the Manager, who dismissed my concerns without investigation. The Manager did not apologize for the error, and it seems this is a common issue. I would like to know if this is the standard for customer service at the company.
While the company had some challenges with stock availability for a specific toy for my son, Tom at the local store truly exceeded expectations. He went out of his way to ensure I could get the toy, even purchasing it from another location himself and refusing repayment! I hope the management recognizes how fortunate they are to have such a dedicated employee like Tom. Thank you, Tom!
