Couldn’t find my receipt for a return…

Couldn’t find my receipt for a return but the person who dealt with me was very helpful and I was able to retrieve it.Always had a pleasant experience in store and never had a problem with staff.

Great customer service who helped me out with a return back to store purchased.They even found a copy of my original receipt in the system to help with the return because I had disposed of the original one .Very helpful and friendly

Bad mould on bread.

I bought petit pains bread rolls yesterday for my young grandchildren and to my shock and horror they were covered in blue/green mould,so bad that I have reported it to customers service ,they had the nerve to offer me a £5 gift card, which I declined. I do not want anyone else purchasing contaminated food as mould can be a serious health risk if eaten or inhaled.RE: mouldy breadThe concerns should be yours!!!

Parking fines again

Received a parking fine for overstaying in their car park by 1 min (11 mins if you don't count the 10 minute grace period.)Store couldn't help but was directed to customer service team. Once provided with all the relevant information the charge was wiped by a very helpful person called Lisa.Easy to sort and a satisfactory outcome. ThanksMy final take though is the customer service experience was great, however B&M really need to look at the cowboy companies that look after their car parks as they will start to tarnish the brand name

I would like to take a moment to share some exceptionally positive feedback about Ursula, an employee at your Allestree branch in Derby.Ursula is absolutely amazing. She is consistently helpful, happy, positive, and kind, and her attitude truly sets her apart. Her customer service skills are outstanding—without exaggeration, she is the best sales assistant I have ever encountered. She goes above and beyond every time, and it is clear that she genuinely cares about customers and takes great pride in her work.Ursula has a rare gift: she spreads happiness wherever she goes and adds sparkle and joy to everyone around her. Her warm personality, enthusiasm, and professionalism make every visit to the store a pleasure. Brilliant Service

I have today visited the B&M store at Nottingham Castle Marina and purchased a large Christmas Tree and other sundry items. The staff at this branch go above and beyond in the service they give and all while being cheerful at this stressful time of year in the retail sector. Fantastic to get such personal service. Wow!

Wow! I had an issue and thought I'd try calling customer services so I got comfortable with a coffee and a book prepared for a long wait on hold...My preconception was ill-founded, it seems!I encountered no silly IVR options. I was taken directly though to customer services. I spent about 10 seconds listening to some palatable hold music before Krista answered my call and OMG is she an asset to your company!I started the call ill-prepared, lacking all the necessary documents/receipts and she patiently allowed me to potter about trying to find them. At no point did she huff nor did she project any annoyance.In stark contrariety to the typical 2025 telephone customer service experience, when I needed to find something on my phone, on a settings page I'd never seen or used before, she expertly and clearly explained how and where to find it.When I did the wrong thing, she sensitivity asked questions to find out where I had gone wrong and what I was looking at so she could get me to the correct place so that I might give her the information she needed.The level of interpersonal, listening and communicational skills demonstrated by Krista were off the chart.Sincerely, I say this not in exaggeration nor hyperbole. I work in a similar field and I would be over the moon, absolutely delighted if my colleagues were even half as competent and charismatic as Krista.I honestly believe that from this one short call, my entire brand perception of B&M has been tweaked somewhat.Regards,Ivan.

Fast response via email and they called me about 10 mins after I provided my number as there was an issue locating my receipt after speaking on the phone all issue was resolved and receipt sent to my email.
