I received a parking fine for leaving…

I received a parking fine for leaving the car park 16 minutes later then the max stay.Me & my partner spent nearly £300 that day and I wasn't prepared to pay £50 for spending money in the store. I spoke to a lady called clare from customer service who was acting on my behalf to the parking company, explained i was a genuine shopper with receipts to prove so. After she went above and beyond for me they cancelled the charge immediately.

Disappointed

I use B&M stores regularly and usually am very happy with what the store has to offer. But seeing the there 3 for £20 toy offer has disappointed with the lack of ethnic dolls they have to offer. There were so many dolls and not one ethnic doll. The only one was a moana doll. Just upsetting to see in these times.

Shocking service.

Purchased two packs of Tassimo coffee capsules for a coffee machine Christmas present. Realised they were the incorrect coffee and tried to change or refund. Was told that because they were perishable goods it wasn't allowed! They are unopened with the receipt, I do not class them as perishable food products! Was told to read the small print on the signs around the store. Absolutely ridiculous and very annoying. Customer Service is a waste of time. What a ridiculous reply, as if you read that when you go shopping. Get real B&M.

Welshpool shop, super staff and and lovely manager.Very helpful and fair over my faulty coffee machine.No fuss, just straight forward sensible customer service.Always a great place to shop

Return policy

Got refused for a refund in store that under B&M return policy online I should eligible for the refund. Staff should be in line with their company policy but not do whatever they want. This shop cannot be trusted, risk it or not is your choice.

Their products are amazing

Their products are amazing, and the customer service is outstanding. They even helped get a parking charge cancelled after I explained I had been shopping in the store. Really impressed! Thankyou so much will be back for many more visits.

B&M dealt with a query I had

B&M dealt with a query I had, regarding a parking issue.They were absolutely wonderful, replying quickly to my emails, and sorting the issue for me, within 3 days, I had constant updates, and felt like a very valued customer, and especially want to thank Krista, who dealt with my query. B&M really do put their customers first.Thank you.

Walked out Due To Massive Wait. No Staff Available

Trolly full of shopping. One person on the counter and a huge queue building up. People getting angry as staff walking around ignoring the 20+ people waiting to pay. 5 unmanned checkouts. I refused to wait after 12 minutes. Left a full trolly in the checkout queue and walked out.High Street, Erdington Branch.
