Heartfelt Thanks for Outstanding Service from Chris – East Kilbride (Queensway)I wanted to share some very positive feedback regarding one team member, Chris, at the East Kilbride Queensway store.I asked Chris for help identifying the correct batteries for an item. He spent a great deal of time working out exactly what was needed and was incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful throughout.During my visit, I unfortunately had a small accident and smashed an ornament, creating quite a mess. Chris remained completely calm and reassuring, immediately telling me not to worry. He cleaned everything up quickly and kindly brought me a replacement ornament, again reassuring me that I had caused no inconvenience to him or the store.I have been unwell for several weeks and was having a particularly difficult morning, so Chris’s kindness and compassion genuinely made a difference. His considerate and supportive manner was exactly what I needed, and it truly shows how much impact a little kindness can have.Please pass on my sincere gratitude to Chris. He is an absolute credit to your store and to B&M.Thank you very much, and a very Merry Christmas to Chris and the entire team.

Over chargedWent into a store miles from home

Went into a store miles from home. Was over charged. Emailed head office and was given a voucher for double the amount. Complaint handled very fast in one day! Well done. Impressed with the customer service. Would have scored 5 but the overcharging was annoying.

Purchased IPad charger cable which…

Purchased IPad charger cable which didn't work unfortunately the receipt was mislaid. Although disabled had to visit the store 3 times to get it sorted without success, young lady on customer service till was first class the others didn't have a clue. Eventually had to phone head office and spoke to Lisa who sorted it out no problem. Why the people in the store couldn't do this i don't know.Not going back to that store again

Just go to the Range..

Just go to the Range..went other evening and asked a member if staff the price of product... "takd it to checkout". Put it back and went to the Range.. Throughout the day you see staff smoking outside the cinema, then stacking shelves and serving customers with their nictonine /salive hands.. Rat infested premises.. Saw the photos if rat poo on tins, god knows where else they gave been

I went into the B&M store in Chippenham…

I went into the B&M store in Chippenham next to the train station and needed assistance. The lady who helped me was Georgie and by George did she help me. I was so impressed with this lady I had to write in to compliment her. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We need more Georgie's in this world. Thank u for making my day so much brighter. Xxx

Great customer service

I had a problem with some earphones but couldn’t find the receipt. However when I contacted customer services were so helpful and quick to reply and because I had paid by debit card they were able to find a copy of my receipt and send me it.
