Review Time
I appreciate it's a busy time in the lead up to Christmas, I know what it's like ( I work in retail). But the guy who was at the till at my local store, ( Fforestfach Swansea). Jeez miserable as sin, is not the word for it. I'm straight and to the point, but this guy was on another level. Also failed to scan 3 reductions properly, so ended up paying full price which I'm not happy about. Not good customer service especially after a big spend instore, next time I will go to the B&M in Trostre Llanelli, very pleasant and friendly staff down there. Fforestfach need to take a leaf out of their book, as it's shambolic there.
I bought my daughter some Christmas pajamas, but they were too large. When I attempted to return them with the receipt and packaging, I was told they couldn’t be returned due to the 28-day policy. It’s frustrating that they sell Christmas items but don’t allow returns. This experience has left me dissatisfied, and I will no longer shop here. I plan to share my experience on social media as this seems very unfair.
Excellent customer service received at the Llanishen Cardiff store.A last minute decision to purchase a Christmas tree and Lewis was so helpful, polite and made sure I was able to take home the tree!He also had help from Sophie and Jay.Always find the staff here so friendly and today exceeded expectations!
Staff in the shop couldn't do more to help. I had a faulty item that was a gift I had bought for my daughters birthday. I wanted to exchange but the item was no longer in store. They searched with me to try and find it. I had my bank transaction but I couldn't find receipt. I was advised to contact head office as the purchase was older than 1 month. I was dreading this process but it was so smooth. The person on the call took me through the steps clearly and within minutes I had my receipt emailed to me. Thanks very much to all the staff as this could have been much more stressful. Now I am able to have a refund and purchase something else in its place.
I Visited your shop in derby DE1 2PA on Saturday 20th I purchased 3 items plus 2 carriers I asked the girl for 1 that i could put my 3 items in then she handed me 1 then struggled to try an put the box in which was hard she didn't offer to help just carried on so ask for another bag for the remaining 2 having worked in shops over 40yrs I would have thought the lady could have helped but I certainly won't go back to this one again ill use my usual on the meteor or allestree there very helpful in there
Took a faulty product back (without receipt) but would not help me at all. Product obviously faulty. Rang customer services and got hung up on first time. Second call, was told nothing could be done without receipt. Disappointing! Store is full of cheap crap anyway so won't be using again.
Avoid the Orpington B and M branch at all costs.Manager and Supervisor amongst the rudest members of staff i have ever come acrossed. Supervisor extremely unprofessional and rude.Never any tills open, no name badges, filthy store
Item I bought didn't work, hence only 4 stars, but online customer support was very helpful. I hadn't kept the receipt, but Krista managed to find a copy for me using the purchase details I got from my mobile banking. Thanks again!
