I bought the very expensive Mini speaker about two years ago, the guarantee lasts for one year now I see why! They stopped working and are now useless, I spent hours on the chat only to be told that I can get a new one for close to the original price which I refused and later learned that updates can only be used with a more expensive mobile phone which I don't own.
Update my my problem getting a refund from BOSE against their credit memo 9280699948 dtd 25 April customer no.101132377.. states refund will be made in 2-5 woprking days.NO this company has not repaid me, a letter to top management has not been replied to me, the rot starts at the top. I will never purchase another product from this company.From a first class company to the pits, Do not buy from this company
I bought those very expensive Noise cancelling headphones and cannot deactivate the most annoying voice announcements, which are also completely unnecessary. I tried on my app and then phoned customer service who could not fix it too. They want me to send my expensive headphones back first..... before giving me a replacement. I was on the phone for 40 minutes..... Do not buy from them! I ll take it to Trading Standards UK.
I purchased a pair of earbuds in 2021 and have hardly used them. I went to use them today and they had red and white flashing lights and refused to connect. After a chat with an advisor, they took me through the update procedure. This did not solve the issue and now I have a £200 pair of earbuds that are now useless. There was absolutely nothing they offered in regards to a repair or replacement, other than to try and upsell me another pair at a discounted price.They advertise themselves as a premium brand but their products are shoddy and not up to standard. Avoid at all costs.
My experience with Bose UK has been exceptionally positive. Upon reporting a minor issue with my QuietComfort II earbuds via Bose.co.uk, I was immediately offered a no-quibble replacement. No exhaustive questionnaire, no proof of purchase requested and free carriage provided both ways. 8 days after despatching my QCIIs the new ones arrived via UPS, with regular comms along the way. Excellent customer service from beginning to end.
Very poor product quality and rubbish customer service. I purchased two pairs of Bose Quiet Control earbuds from them. Both died after 14 months exactly with the exact same issue (they stopped charging) Bose charged me £140 for a 'replacement' the second time which I stupidly paid. It's clearly a faulty product - which is why it was discontinued - but they were happy to charge for a replacement pair. Really awful! I contacted their customer service team to complain and their representative offered me a very small discount for another pair. He kept repeating: 'I can not go beyond the Bose policies' like a robot. As if I'd make that mistake again after paying nearly £400 for a product that clearly has a manufacturing fault. Then, when I asked to complain, he said 'yes no problem' and gave me the standard call centre number available on the website! It was so bad I had to laugh.
I have bought Bose products for 20 years. Always been great quality, recently had my first issue with my Quiet Comfort 2 ear buds. Went to the app and found out they were still under warranty. I got sent a prepaid label to return them,and today in the post a brand new pair sent out. Awesome experience and made me like the Bose product even more, that you have peace of mind that if anything goes wrong they will sort it out. 5 star.
Hi,I never write negative reviews and I am doing so as a very last attempt to get the attention of BOSE, to get them to fulfil an order from 29th March.I ordered a speaker 29th of March, it's now 9th May. In this time, I have via the live chat (only customer service option), checked in on the order status 5-10 times, only to be fobbed off every single time.I still have no speaker, no update on the order, no shipping confirmation.I can only assume this is a fraudulent company who takes orders but completely ignore their customers, with little/no option to contact them.2 weeks ago I persisted yet again, and was promised somebody would contact me via phone. Radio silence after this and this was a plain lie- scammers.Abhorrent.Grateful if somebody can reach out to give me an update on the order I PAID for and ordered 1 month and 10 days ago.Thank you.
I purchased the Bose 900 soundbar directly from Bose and I was very much impressed by the sound quality of the unit.I have got a few Bose products and every time you get blown away with the pure quality of the Bose sound.My shopping experience with Bose has always been great and on this occasion it has been very much the same.Thank you Bose for your great work in developing great sound and quality in your products.Mr Rees.
