Awful-damaged my opinion of the brand

Ordered a pair of premium earbuds for a birthday present. Item was not in stock but there was no mention of that on the website. Further to this no estimate of when back in stock or a delivery date. Eventually got a delivery date from UPS. At 9:00pm Bose customer service assumed me it would be delivered on time-nothing. Today I have a child waking up to no birthday present. As a final insult the free silicone case advertised wasn't even sent - now we finally have the item it has to go back to Holland - utter shambles

Charged twice

Charged twice on my credit card. Don't buy direct from them they are terrible to deal with. Had to go report fraud on my credit card.

Yet another case of Unacceptable customer service and delay…

I’ve been trying to resolve an issue with my Bose order for nearly four weeks to date and the experience, reflecting that of other reviewers, has been awful. Emails from both Bose and their carrier, UPS, have been contradictory. I’ve contacted Bose customer support multiple times and have been promised resolution within varying timescales. However, despite being told my case is being "escalated" or "put on higher priority” there is no tangible progress.The lack of urgency and constant delays are unacceptable. I’ve requested a full refund, but every time I follow up, I get more promises but no action. I’m fed up with being fobbed off without seeing any real results. I urgently need a refund before Christmas! Please Bose, get your act together!For a reputable brand like Bose, I expected much better service and a quicker resolution. At this point, I’m being forced to take further action, including involving consumer protection authorities.As Bose have taken my money and neither delivered the ordered goods nor provided a refund, I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from Bose. My current experience has been a shocking disappointment.

If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a set of over the ear headphones for a Christmas Gift. This was for a set of quiet comfort headphones. Order placed on 13/11/24. On the 14/11/24 I received an email stating that the headphones were on there way through UPS. On the 15/11/24 I got an email telling me that the order was delayed?? On the 16/11/24 I got a further email stating that my delivery was unsuccessful and that the order was being returned to Bose. After 2 live chats it appears that my order was not attempted as a delivery. This is what was written by the Bose agent "I have checked and found that UPS is return theparcel back to us. It's an ongoing issue in UK regionwhere UPS is return back order without delivering theproduct to customer. This has been escalated to ourupper management already and it will be resolved soon". I was told last Friday that it would be escalated and asked to allow 48-72hrs for it to be resolved. I left that time period and on Tuesday did a live chat again and was asked to allow 48-72 hrs to resolve (again). Still awaiting a response but I don't hold my breath.I have waited a further 48hrs and nothing, today (21/11/24) I have spoken again to Bose and have asked for a refund. It seems like I may or may not get one as the agent has told me the following "I understand your frustration but as I can not take the matter in my hands and provide you with a refund so I have already raised a ticket for you to global team so that they resolve the matter in timely manner and provide you wither refund or a new product whichever you have ordered" I can't understand what is hard about delivering goods that have been paid for. Just fulfill my order or refund me.

Dont order from Bose

Ordered a refurbished Bose 500 smart speaker which said tested by Bose technicians, unboxed only to find terrible cracking sounds which I suppose was blown speaker, live chat assistant said send it back for a refund or we will repair it in 6-8 weeks, no replacement offered, so will never deal with Bose again, got refund 1 week later

Awful service

Awful service, I believe their products are great if you receive them! Following an order placed over 6 weeks ago which didn’t make it through customs and was returned to the Bose warehouse on the 16th October (I have the confirmation) I am still awaiting my refund. Customer service are responsive but give you mis-information. I was last advised my refund would be received in 48hrs and a week later I’m still waiting! Really frustrated and disappointed by the whole experience…. I just wanted some headphones and I’m now left out of pocket following an order made on 6th October that never arrived. My advice is don’t order direct!!

bad service bad everything

i had a pair of faulty earbuds after one month, and got instructed to send it to bose and i did, and they said that i would get a pair of new ones, but newer got them then i contact bose and they said that tey were unable to ship to my location, the strange part is that tey was able to get my product and i had proof of it from UPS package tracking. and they said that tey wouldn't even be able to send me my old fault product back to me. it was a bad experience and really bad service.

A terrible experience from beginning…

A terrible experience from beginning and still unresolved. Purchased a set of headphones, from their UK website, on 8th October 2024, then on the day of delivery and invoice from UPS for import duty for £40.Bose had set the wrong setting on the delivery even though duty had been paid.Apparent this issue had affected nearly a thousand customer.5 calls to their helpline, plus posting on their Facebook page, I still haven't had the headphones or my money back. They have offered a refund but getting the money returned seems beyond them.No communication or any form of apology from Bose at all, I have had to chase them constantly, but think people should know.. I will never buy Bose again..

After 2 months finally get order.

Ordered Bose TV Speaker 17/06 as it was heavily discounted by around 50%. I was aware that there was a wait of a couple of weeks for delivery that I was fine with. Two weeks later I received an email informing me there would be an additional two week wait to 15/07. Another two weeks later I received another email saying there would be a delay to 01/08. Then I heard nothing more. Got in touch with Bose customer services to get an update having received no status update and they said there was another delay. Fast forward to September and I contact customer services again and they say the order has been cancelled. No communication, nothing. Then discuss it further with them and they say that actually some stock is available, to my surprise the speaker arrives a week later and it works great. Can't complain about the speaker, shame about the customer service!

AVOID BOSE - THEY ARE OPERATING LIKE A SCAM OUTFIT!

Exactly lie all the reviews below = DO NOT ORDER FROM BOSE - THEY ARE ACTING LIKE A CHEAP SCAM OUTFIT!Ha d to return my previous faulty headphones. Waited weeks to finally receive a notification that my new pair are being delivered, only to receive a message from UPS that I have to pay £45 import fees (which should have been paid by Bose). After multiple conversations with Bose 'customer service', I was either deliberately misled or they are totally incompetent. I was told 'don't worry you won't have to pay a penny' only for the delivery driver to demand payment. I refused and they took the parcel back. Now totally left in limbo with no headphones. I suppose they will be returned to Bose in the Netherlands and it will end up being months without my headphones!I am so shocked, frustrated and appalled that this is happening with a supposed premium brand.PLEASE AVOID BOSE
