"I wasn't surprised to discover a Trust Pilot score of 1.4, and unfortunately, my recent experience aligns with the low rating. I placed an order for a speaker six days ago, and after completing the payment, I received an automated email assuring me of tracking details within 2 working days. However, after patiently waiting for five days and receiving no communication, I attempted to reach out through their unresponsive WhatsApp chat.Frustrated by the lack of response, I then called their customer service, navigating through a voice recognition system that proved to be quite useless and failed to recognize my order number after three attempts. Finally connecting with an advisor, I inquired about the whereabouts of my tracking number, emphasizing that it had been five days without any updates. Surprisingly, I was informed that the order processing time is actually 7 days, contrary to the initially stated 2 days.When I requested the advisor to check the status of my order, I hit another roadblock. Since I had placed the order under my wife's name as it was intended as a gift, he claimed he couldn't provide any details. Despite explaining that the phone number I was calling from matched the order and the email address for correspondence was also mine, it felt like I was talking to a brick wall.Disappointed by this terrible customer service experience, I've decided not to purchase any more Bose products directly from their website. Instead, I would recommend exploring other retailers that prioritize and provide their customers with a more reliable and satisfactory service."
First of all need to highlight the extreme best quality of the Bose Products. super happy with the quality of the product but unfortunately the company's customer service team (UK) is running the brand. They are taking extremely extensive time for a product replacement. I tried to returned the default product on 2nd Jan and as per the UPS it reached Bose on 8th Jan. Only on 19th Jan Bose updated their tracking as product received. So no idea how long it will take to check.. (should be only a 5min task) as the microphone doesn't work. and then they will take another week's/months to deliver the the new product which is already paid for. Some responsible person should really evaluate their process (do some industry benchmark please) and correct for future.
Absolutely useless. Took weeks to arrive at the Cardiff UPS depot, then was logged as lost. Contacted UPS and Bose to inform of loss (most likely mopped). Told me a new order was on its way. 10 days later there was not sign of the order. Contacted Bose to find out what was happening. Was told no order had been put through. Absolutely pathetic. Asked for full refund. Will not return as a customer. 2 weeks after requesting refund, yet to receive. Have had to complain numerous times. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
Well I have just looked at comments on Bose and not supprised at all. I have written to them, guess what, you've got it No Reply.Well Bose you are so good as a Chocolate Tea pot. I will give you some FREE advertisement, to all the people I know. Yourgoods are not cheap and we the public spend our hard earned money and expect better. EAR BUDS FAILED IN SHORT TIME.Don't buy from this company
Bose 700 surround speakers were an addition to my bose 900 with my base module First of all I have used bose products for many years so I know what to expect, product quality and sound, second to none that's for sure. BUT what a total waste of money purchasing the Bose 700 Surround speakers, they have inadequate volume thats after using the Adaptiq headset to tune the sound to the room , Bose have got this product so wrong , to give you bose fans an idea or a comparison lets say the bose cube speakers on the older systems lifestyle 12 upwards were 100 times better for sound, the 700 satellites produce under 10% volume of the older cubes, they are the worst bose product I have ever purchased, so beware they cost me £400 absolutely crap , Sent bose an email a few weeks ago no response.
Don’t, just don’t buy a Bose product. I’ve had multiple Bose headphones and they’ve all had issues. The expensive QC ultras were the final staw - endless problems including no sound after hibernation needing resetting. My guess is they’ve outsourced the firmware to the lowest bidder overseas - it’s terrible .
After an amazing initial response from the Bose customer support team, I have been on to them several times trying to find out where my replacement soundbar is. I have received nothing from them since they received my product back on 07/12/2023. The customer support are always apologetic but after 6 attempts by chat, phone and WhatsApp (biggest joke) and 4 escalation cases I have received absolutely nothing and my product is still showing as "In transit to Bose" even though they have confirmed 3 times that they have received. I asked for the complaint procedure and was given an email that has an automated response to contact support. I now have to return the rest of the home cinema system as I am not wasting any more time with Bose, oh wait, their online return process if "temporarily" offline, so guess what, I have to go back to customer support!
Returned a product for a refund that never materialised. Two calls later and they were still insistent they had returned my money. Spoke with my card provider who confirmed it was never received and they issued a refund. Will never buy from Bose again.
Ordered headphones 25th Nov 2023, still no delivery, spoke to customer service 4 times, no help, requested refund but refused, now currently in a paypal dispute with Bose, I WANT MY MONEY BACK BOSE, i ordered the same headphones from Curry’s and they came the next day, NEVER ORDER DIRECT FROM BOSE.i will never order bose products again, it will be Apple in future, still waiting for my money back, what a way to run a company and treat loyal customers, SHAME ON YOU BOSE.
