Worst experience

An update: 10 days after cancelling my order and many chats with their customer services and a couple of calls, I still have to recieve my money back...Worst experience, never buy something from them. Appalling customer service and totally unreliable service for very expensive products

Here we go again ....... sadly

Well, where to start .... Thought I'd try Bose again as I previously ordered from Bose directly many years ago and it didn't go well. So this time I ordered a speaker via the website (UK) and was informed the package was sent via UPS then I got the notification of a delay because a missing commercial invoice was causing a delay .... so I waited while UPS sent another message "We are currently waiting for information from the sender "Bose") still nothing... then, Your shipment's commercial invoice is incomplete or missing. If you are the sender, please submit a valid invoice or provide the needed information to resume the transit journey. Well, it's Bose so what did I expect then Your package has been delayed due to an export gateway hold whilst the item was in Eindhoven, Netherlands but now after waiting for weeks I am told a Service disruption occurred. / The package will be returned to the sender and its has now been returned back to Bose with a Sorry we missed you message. Bose products are good..... very good that's why I buy them but the online service and customer care is 0/10 very very poor. If only Bose could step up and be half as good as the products they would see their online sales rocket !! I've tried contacting Bose via social media etc and still nothing about a refund/placement etc.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Just don't get involved with them, a joke of a company slowly destroying their reputation by incompetence.They couldn't post a comment let alone a product. Useless, full of excuses, lies and disappointment. Go to SONOS instead.

Dreadful service

Ordered a soundlink speaker 15/7 for delivery 23rd July for a birthday present, had order confirmation, then a UPS email advising of a delay and finally this morning an email to say I had failed to collect said speaker!! and a refund would take 10 days! So not only do you not bother sending it but you then keep my money for another 10 days, absolutely shocking service and I’d give you minus 5 if I could

Do not buy Bose

Bought a proflight 2 headset from Bose 1 year ago and had to send it back for repair already. They’ve had a it two months now and still no word.Do not buy Bose!

Shipment delayed, Bose gave incomplete delivery address to UPS and UPS is awful too!

They did not provide the full shipping address to UPS. Support team refuse to do anything about it and want me to contact UPS directly but UPS won't allow me to modify the address and it's a nightmare creating an account (the verification email arrives 30-60 mins late by which time the code has expired!). UPS & Bose a total nightmare partnership.

Reluctant even to give this company one…

Reluctant even to give this company one star!! I ordered in good faith the Bose Ultra , noise cancelling headphones.Online your lead to believe it’s a U.J. Service but once you’ve placed your order you are notified the goods will be coming from Eindhoven ! Ordered on the 19July, now 29th and I’m still waiting!! I was told they had been dispatched ( Bose) and then UPS sent me a tracking notice ( at customs, missing invoice papers) will be delivered on the 24th July. Three phone calls to customer service, nothing gained there and one call to UPS who keep sending me the repeat excuse! I’ve even sent Bose the email to send missing documents to Bose!!! Nothing!!I’m now in conversation with one of their U.K CS chaps and I’ve been advised to contact him by this coming Wednesday!!I know I will now be cancelling and claiming my money back via Mastercard!! This is simply the sort of thing you’d expect from a dodgy trader , certainly NOT from and “ Established “ company like Bose.Be advised , NEVER IRDER ONLINE FROM THEM!!

I have been with Bose for 20 years BUT… now

I have been with Bose for 20 years now. When they had their store open they were truly world class for sound AND customer service. Bose was always my go to for sound. But this last year has been hell. I bought Bose Noise Cancelling ear buds last year. I had to have them replaced 3 times. Then Bose apologised and said ‘please let us upgrade you to the quiet comfort ultra earbuds by way of apology.’ Great, once again Bose step up with good customer service. However, I write this review after SIX replacement pairs of which not one of them functioned properly. I now have the most recent pair that not only pops at most outside sound (not just at super loud sounds) plus they have literally stopped noise cancelling entirely no matter what I troubleshoot or try. I feel at a complete loss with this now. The last pair had such a loud constant static sound I worried for my eardrums. The pair before that didn’t cancel noise at all and so on. Bose seems to have dropped down from world class to absolutely awful. I seem to have been repeatedly sent dodgy returns from other customers or Bose products no longer operate correctly period. On the last return I broached the question of a refund - I have certainly been patient and loyal in this so far! I was informed that a refund is not normal and will have to be raised with a ‘superior’. Having read reviews on here I am very concerned about losing my money entirely. I have never known Bose to be in this mess before. Come on Bose! Honestly, I don’t think this is legally acceptable. Either give me my refund or check the earbuds. Please take care of this TODAY!!!

Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless, I have a feeling, the "support team" is taken randomly from the street. they have no clue about anything and is so difficult to get information, forget about any help.My order has been cancelled / not delivered without any notice, however my credit card was charged straight away. Customer service was completely unhelpful and told me to contact my bank to resolve the card charges !!!

Earbuds being replaced under warranty…

Earbuds being replaced under warranty (happy for repair but they don't repair?), Im told I'm going to have to wait 8 bloody weeks, how ridiculous is that! These things are prohibitively expensive and yet they don't give a service? Do I need to purchase two sets at a time due to shocking after sales service?
