Firstly I have to say I always love the quality of your uniform, I also want to give a big thank you to Catherine, Grace and Elle from customer service for helping with an issue of wrong sized uniform being sent, you all made it a very easy and quick experience with returning the item and also a replacement being sent.
Ellie could not do more to help me My son only just got excepted in to his new school, me worried about getting his uniform on time.Welll nothing was too much for brigade Ellie expedited his full uniform which is embroidered too Thank you for saving us Ellie life saver
Although I had some issues with my order around sizing of items etc, the customer service I have received has been amazing. The communication from all the members of staff has been quick and friendly. Elle and Emma were brilliant and couldn't have been more helpful. Things go wrong at times, we are only human but it is how those mishaps are dealt with that can change the whole experience. Thank you so much for your help and efforts to get my order sorted so my Son can start school with the uniform he needs. It is greatly appreciated and you've turned a stressful situation into an effortless one.
My parcel was lost by Evri, contacted brigade Elle was amazing had sent out new cardigan with a new delivery service received in 48 hours- amazing service Quality is brilliant- silly me ordered wrong size but amazing service special thank you to Elle
Ria dealt with my issue. I suffer with stress and anxiety and the jumper was lost through Evri. RIA helped deal with the issue. She helped me a great deal made me feel she was helping was very quick to reply back to emails and was very polite kind and professional. Brigade clothing is lucky to have such a great customer service advisor in Ria ☺️
Fantastic service received just recently for help with receiving the wrong size of jumper (not a problem tho stored away for next year ) . I emailed and this is when I was first in contact with Grace. She was apolgetic and could not help me more . She arranged for the additional shipping to be refunded and has also emailed to say that the new jumper has been dispatched . Thankyou Grace for your exceptional service .
