Order - 1217955Very disappointed with this order. Waited more than 2 months and only got a response when I emailed to see what was happening. I was informed they were lost in transit as this was school clothes we had to send our daughter in complete different outfits. Was told they would mark the order as urgent for next delivery and even that took a long time in coming . Never had any other response other than after sending my first email.
Couldn’t recommend the customer service enough, especially Elle. After my initial order had been lost, she processed a replacement and got it dispatched within a few days. She kept me updated and sent me an email the morning of delivery with the tracking number so I could keep an eye on the status of delivery. Thank you again Elle!
