Received my uniform within a few days and is amazing quality but I left it until after the festive period to open my parcel and wasn’t sure if I’d order labels or not, spoke to customer service and explained it had been a few weeks since I’d actually received the order but due to moving and dust I left them in the packages without even thinking to check but didn’t have the label, I spoke to Elle and she had it sorted in minutes, resent and just wasn’t generally so polite and understanding, really good customer service the company have
Elle from the customer service team was fantastic. I had an issue with my order in which the wrong size jumpers were sent to me. I contacted Brigade and had a response from Elle almost immediately. I had to place a new order due to the problem & Elle ensured that I would receive it before the school term ends.She kept me updated on the progress of my order and assisted me with returning the incorrect items. She was very friendly, helpful & reassuring, so thank you again!
