My daughter and I had a great experience ordering from Brigade. Special thanks to a staff named Elle who was so kind and helped me with my daughter's late order for her leavers hoodie. She always responded to emails promptly and politely which is really appreciated.
Brigade have been the main supplier of my child’s school for many years and I have never had an issue. The clothing is good quality and lasts well. My son received his leavers hoodie which started peeling after the first wash and Brigade have sent out replacements very quickly. Always been happy with the service from brigade.
I have used this company previous and was very very happy with the order.After time , I then ordered a bigger size blazer and was not happy with the quality of this blazer as obviously using a different supplier,so I emailed the company stressing that is it possible to try and change it to the same as previous if they still have those particular make blazers . I understand that companies are probably trying to cut back and trying to do it as cost effective but my reason for two stars is that as a parent the only way to reach out is by e mail and no phone number to contact .. I emailed on 02/07/2025 and 6 months later , I have had absolutely no response. Even if they e mailed back explaining the situation as to why the quality is not as good , would have been nice . We as parents are still customers ,
Ria from customer services was really helpful. She get a replacement out to me after finding out the item sent was not the one that we ordered promptly. She also makes sure that the online system works well and would not have the same issue again. I'd be very happy to use them again in future.
Emma has been so helpful sourcing cotton t-shirts for my daughter's logo'd PE tops. My daughter suffers with eczema, so unfortunately is not able to wear man made synthetic materials. Emma was quick to respond to my initial query and to resolve this for me. Thank you.
