Never again, in 48h made 2 times ticket booking and both where rejected because of price change but okey thats not a big deal bit they hold my +1200 euro in there account for 5 to 10 working day!!!! WHAT A BULLS*IT!!!!! Adjust prices or refund money to people right away!!! Now i have no more money and i miss plane tickets as well!!!! OPLICHETERS!!!!!! BE AWARE AND BETTER USE OTHER SERVICE!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL USE THERE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
There have been changes of up to 45 minutes in my flight which should grant free change or cancellation in major airlines. When I want to do it online I have to pay for changes or cancellations. I've been trying to contact the customer service, no reply to my e-mail for more than 10 days, cannot reach any associate via chat, just the bot has a fixed menu where they lead you to make changes online with same conditions, so useless. The phone option doesn't apply because I have to make an international call. Totally left alone with no help available after buying the ticket.
Booked a flight with Budget air. Checked in the day before with the app of the airline that I was using through them (TAP Portugal). All was well and I was on time at Schiphol to fly. I was allowed to pass security with my boarding pass, but refused at the gate because apparently by using their online check-in, my initials instead of my full name appeared on the ticket. I spent my whole day calling TAP, who told me Travix (the company behind Budgetair) was to blame. Both parties blamed each other and now I have no restitution and can't fly. Avoid.
What the heck is this? I booked a flight, payed everything. And after 20 hours they said: Sorry prices have increased, we cancelled your booking, here's a €10 voucher. Good luck. €10 on a €700 flight? After booking, I read the comments here, said the same. My fault, had to read the reviews before. Don't book here, it's a scam!
