DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

In the past i have purchased some plane tickets through budgetair. Never had any problems.However, this time i should take the flight from Amsterdam to Paris together with my friend. She was the smart one and bought her plane ticket through another selling agency. Due to bad weather, the flight got cancelled. As i did choose to take the KLM flight, of course everything was handled fast and smoothly from KLM side. Within 3/4 weeks they transferred amount to budget air so i would receive full refund. They even contacted me to let me know.Here hell started. From 25th of January i am calling, mailing and contacting budgetair to receive my full money back. They came with so many lies, i cant even know where to start. First they told me they 'transfered the money but depending on MY BANK it could take UP TO 8 WEEKS'. Of course i called ING and they laughed and told me that money that is TRUELLY transfered is received in hours, max 1 working day. So i went back and asked if they had proof or anything, since then only response i get is i have to wait i have to wait. I have heard so many dates from them. Today, 27th of march i still have not received any money back nor proof that they have refunded it. My friend received er full refund end of January, and here i am still waiting for mine from budgetair.For anyone thinking of buying through budget air, DONT DO IT! If your flight will be cancelled you can kiss your money farewell. Also everytime you'll call someone will have a huge attitude and only response you'll get it; uhum uhum yes maam i understand it is not a fun experience. But we really have transfered the money go ask your bank. Ask for proof, you'll never receive it.WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

RUN !!

RUN !!this is the worst company possible. it is not worth any kind of small discount you think you are getting to go through the painful experience of booking with BudgetAir.Had a booking with them, Airline changed flight. We didnt agree to it but only option in email was to click on a link. Apparently this link magically makes you accept all. From there you are tied and cannot cancel ever or ask for compensation/refund. You can call them, but talking to a wall is more effective. Do not book with them, you WILL regret it!Replying to BudgetAir comment : we did contact you and you told us it was our fault. There was no discussion possible. All said previously stands. We are now starting an action against your company as your methods are not acceptable

Incomplete ticketing for my booking

Incomplete ticketing for my booking. They presented me with a price for a roundtrip which was great. After booking it they sent me an email that the price for the return trip was incorrect, thus they had to cancel that, which meant that 3/4ths of what I paid ended up being solely for the outbound trip, making the price for just one of the two trips absolutely ridiculous. Then the claim was that it is not their fault, and that they could not cancel the already processed outbound ticket despite the fact that if I knew that was the price I would end up paying just for one trip, I would have never booked it through them. I would never use this site again.

Dont use budgetair

I booked a flight through BudgetAir - at the last minute the airlines cancelled the flight due to bad weather. However budgetair did not inform me of this cancellation - its only lucky I found out through the airline itself.Then when I asked for a refund - the airlines have refunded the ticket - but BudgetAir say it will take upto 10 weeks for a refund. Their customer service team is a bunch of robots who always reply with scripted responses.All the reviews here that are 5 star - are fake as far as I can seeUpdate: I can see that BudgetAir has put in a standard response of "get in contact with us using whatsapp" - but I have been having big email conversations with your customer support for the last 2 weeks without any success. How about you look up the booking: BA-10248704 and see what a mess it has been and then get back to me? But I doubt that will happen...

Unnecessary Issues

Chose to book with BudgetAir.nl but there were many other companies we could of gone with. The reason we did is that they offered us to book luggage with the flight (as most airlines should). After paying €900 for the flights & luggage I received an email that they have cancelled our luggage as it’s not part of their service anymore. After calling Budgetair.nl & Transavia (the actual airline) we’ve been hung up on and constantly told “it’s not our job to do this”. Take some responsibility for once and try and amend a damaged customer relationship. No point booking with this company as you’ll feel isolated and left alone to sort out their mess.

The worst agency i have ever deal with.

The worst agency i have ever deal with.My flight has been canceled duo to weather conditions, the main flight agency are ready to refund me but budgetair keep finding excuses to not refund me. After calling many times and waiting a lot on the line they partially refund while i got in touch with the main flight agency and the confirmed that the are more than happy to fully refund me
