At first I didn’t trust their service due to reviews I’ve seen about buffalo logistics, but to be honest im really satisfied by their delivery towards my package , came even earlier than expected but the only thing i dont like is that their customer service is very poorFeel like thats the only thing they need to work on otherwise very happy. Just received my package today
I ordered on SHEIN on the 26th of June, up until today l have not received my order, to make matters worse it has not been shipped and the other orders that l placed after this one were delivered last week, Secondly my other order of 6 July is also stuck, not yet shipped again. You have very poor services and you don't bother to reply my emails, l regret suggesting to Shein for my orders to be shipped by you. This will be the last time l use your services🚮
They’re so bad they don’t even deserve this one star, they were suppose to deliver on the 13 but never called or sent a message instead on the app they say my address was incorrect which is not true, I’m still waiting even today, I wish these companies overseas can stop working with you. Your service is terrible you 0/10
DO NOT USE Buffalo International. Your tax and import duty payment disappear into thin air. I have paid on the 29/05/2024, uploaded my bank POP 4 times, phoned and spoke to their agents (who work from home) 7 times, emailed support service 7 times and NO commination from them to confirm my payment nor delivery. My order went from ‘pay taxes to your order will be delivered soon to pay taxes’ on their tracking site. They have 0 commination. Payment was done 17 working days ago and NO word from them. They are the worst courier company I have ever delt with.
I received an sms notifying me that I will receive my parcel in 48hrs but I waited 5 days for my orderThey gave the wrong driver my package and again I have to wait. The agents are not so nice when you call to try and find out what's happening with the package
