Awful service, courier delivered it to wrong address. They were supposed to deliver it to my house and the courier deliverd it to our local pharmacy because he was to lazy to call me because he was confused about where I live. I called the agent and they did not help at all, nor did they call back when they said they would. Thankfully I know the lady who works at the pharmacy and got my package, no help from buffalo whatsoever. Very disappointed.
I've been waiting for my parcel for the past 4days in my status it shows out for delivery but no communication from the driver to ask my whereabouts but decided to return my parcel without any form of communication,second time status says driver couldn't get hold of me.sent couple of emails and now I'm being told I'll pay another fee for my delivery ,how absurd it is?driver says he couldn't leave parcel anywhere as there was no safe place to leave which was a lie coz premises has security gates before u enter and already i alerted guards of my parcel incase they arrive while i knocked off
They're the worst my parcel out for delivery on Saturday next thing on Monday when i track it "your order is returned because driver couldn't finish delivery" like how the f### is that my business? their customer service is I don't have words for those little liars. Worse part there's no communication from them you have to call them they don't bother updating you. Latest "Good day, According to our records your parcel is queued for dispatching during the course of this week should no delays occur. Regards"
Buffalo is the worst ever courier. I have an order that needs to go back to Temu and Buffalo were supposed to contact me to schedule to return the parcel and they still didn’t since the 22nd of October. I tried phoning the returns department but know one is answering. If you try another selection they just refuse to assist l. Their WhatsApp line is a scam as well as the email they send to you in an auto generated message.
Is buffalo the only courier to be used when you order from shein or temu because they are dishonest they give you platforms where you can communicate with them but no they don't communicate they lie to you trough those platforms forms. They told me to speak to them via whatspp and when I did they ignored by whatspp they didn't answer only let that machine to only give me options to choose from after choose nothing happened. I wrote emails to them asking for this refund they didn't answer I called they said they are sending the form that i need to fill in to get the refund. I waited but no form instead they sent me email saying I must give them tracking number they just don't want to give me this form because they want to still that money.
Ordered from Shein in Sept, paid Buffalo express customs in Oct 2nd and on time but today is the 22nd of October and i still have not received my parcel. Its also them promising to deliver last week and only for the second agent to tell me they never received my parcel from Shein to begin with. I am pissed! The worst customer service by far!
