I wish i could rate it zero My order was not delivered

I wish ai could rate it zero. The service is absolutely bad. My order was supposed to delivered on 05 June 2024 they send a message around 10:00 am In the morning claiming my order was coming. I was at home the whole day waiting for my order. Around then in 10:00 pm I went to track my status. The status said failed to deliver because client not at the address. BUFFALO your service is poor you guys **** I was at home even if I wasn't I didn't even get a call to be notified that they were around and I was not here. Pooorest service they don't respond to emails and calls it's so hard to. Reach out to them even their stupid WhatsApp chat bot does not help. Someone should just sue the company because it is. *********** and I wish it should burn to hell. I want my order My number is **********They should learn to call us and don't tell lies saying they called while they didn't.

They do not value customer relations

I paid tax and import duty on a Temu order. I sent the POP. They reject the bank POP. I reloaded the POP and sent emails with the confirmation. They review and rejected it again. Payment was done 18 days ago. The one review after the other by the finance department. I have had enough. Not a company that want to solve their own problem. Tracking number: BUFZA6051086415YQ

Double paid on my tax

I paid my tax twice because the first payment showed it didnt go through and when I did another payment both went through now I dont get any response from these bloody people ..your system suck big time.. you are not just bad with customer service you are thieves now aswell!

Disgusting Service

This has to go down as one of the worst online shopping experience, the audacity to deduct my money from my bank account and when I query about my parcel all you keep telling me is to check the mailbox or check with the neighbors meanwhile I know very well the parcel was never delivered from the first place coz I was at home the whole entire time on the day of the delivery, worst case scenario the company didn't even attempt to make contact prior to arrival nothing stipulates I had signed for the parcel but yet they insist the parcel was delivered on my doorstep. Funny thing is that there are more than 300 reviews on trustpilot, customers complaining about the bad service and "Shein" is still turning a blind eye on those reviews. you might deliver 10 out of 50 orders so what must happen to the other 40 remaining customers they must keep whining about the bad service in return their are not getting reimbursed?? Shein is also a scam I'm never ever buying from them what a joke!!!

BUFZA6040626127YQOn the 8th at 12:16 I missed 2 calls from one of your drivers. He only called twice within a minute as I was at work I couldn't answer however an hour later I called the number back and he said he was by my place, I told him that My helper is there he can take the parcel home and he said he left which is kind of understandable. I then sent and email to offices to provide your offices with my helpers contact details and alterative number but no response. I then called your offices and spoke to one of your customer agents to check if I can leave my helpers number for delivery I was told your system does not do that. I then ask if I can collect the parcel in person directly from your warehouse and was told is not possible. wow your service is veeeeeery bad can everything is impossible with your offices?????what makes me angry is the fact that i never received any email or sms stating that I should expect an a delivery or that my delivery is on the way. for two days I have been expecting my delivery since it was returned but no call to reschedule nothing!PLEASE FIX YOUR SYTEM AS IT'S NOT USER FRIENDLY!!!!
