Great Service from Reliable Store but the Courier Company IN SA is the worst . Poor service 👎 my parcel was supposed to be delivered 6 days ago but was returned (without it having being delivered) I have been contacting buffalo logistics the only response I got was that the matter has been escalated and I should wait 24-48 hours, 6 days later I’m still waiting for my parcel which was not returned to the warehouse by the driver, the same driver they can’t connect me to 🚮
Called 010 593 4710 and spoke with Palesa.Absolutely rude and put the phone down when I insisted on speaking with someone after receiving an email confirming my parcel was delivered. I have however not received anything.Sorry Palesa you should not be speaking to clients. No client relations.
Ridiculous Service. I ordered a parcel from Shein. It had arrived in SA,Taxes all paid for. Waited for a call from a driver on delivery day but nothing .I then receive an email saying parcel was delivered but driver gave my parcel to another person instead of calling me. And I have no idea who this person is. Still waiting for them to find out who they gave my package to. Shein will be losing business from South Africans because of Buffallo Couriers 😡
Don't use this site. 🚫⛔🛑They use a courier company called Buffaloex to ship and then never deliver the products.I ordered my products on the 3rd of March as a gift.Then on the 17th when trying to track the order, they say it's been"Return! reason: Adress reachable, TEL no answer. "The courier company called Buffaloex also has no functional local number to phone them on, they only list this+86-400-921-9066, Chinese number.It has now been over a month and still no products with 2 ruined events.Here is a tracking number for you to see for yourself " BUFZA5030068205YQ"
Would have been more fitting if I were able to given negative stars. Contacting them is useless as they are to scared to reply. Their parcel tracking is a scam and so are they, if been waiting more than a week for a reply from any of the numerous contact info I tried but there hasn't been any reply. My parcel is supposedly packaged but seems they lost it while packaging it as they haven't updated anything about it. Guess I lost money by using I'm probably going to have to take them to court to even get a reply. Using buffalo curses low blood pressure thanks to their exceptional client service. Next time I'm using a random pigeon, I sure I'll get better tracking and client service.
Buffalo couriers/logistics a company that you simply cannot rely on. They need to close down and give the business to companies like Fastway, DHL & Ram. The service is pathetic. Their staff have no manners and should not be employed in the service industry especially in customer service. I hope you they lose their contract with Shein, they are simply not equipped to deal with a company that large and you have absolutely no business processes. Try action coach!!! To date I still have not received my package. It has costed me more than I could afford and has literally spoilt multiple functions and my Christmas. My kids had no clothes due to this useless company. I also spent in excess of R2000 in phone calls only to be cut off and ignored. I tried to arrange a collection in Johannesburg and that never happened. I am still waiting for my package. No feedback to date. I am not done and I will be taking this matter further. I am not the only one.
