Review Time
I have been waiting for my order since yesterday the delivery guy called and told me he doesn't deliver on my area he will give it to someone who delivers around my area . Today morning when I tracked my status my parcel have been returned to the warehouse and I called him again he's so rude . Till now I have not yet received my parcel . It's still at ware house I have tried changing my addres there times
This is the worst experience ever, my delivery was reported that it had failed and when I called in I received the worst customer service the person was rude and ended the call before I could finish talking I am terribly disappointed and would not advise for anyone to continue working with this company. I still haven’t received my parcel after 3 days of being told to expect it on the day I called or the day after it. Terrible service, they don’t even deserve that one star
I think I accidentally deleted my first post. To the point: They wanted my ID, 3 months bank statements, and proof of address before I could get my parcel.After emailing Buffalo and Temu 600 times, I received an email from "Anon."-------------------------------------------------------------Good day, Although your parcel has cleared through customs, the Customs Border Control Unit has stopped this consignment for a routine physical inspection. A consignment is made up of bags, on average between 14 and 25 bags, which may consist of about 800 and 1000 smaller parcels, and your parcel is one of them. Our clearing agents are in the process of submitting the documents required in order to get the consignment released, and we will advise as soon as we have any further feedback. Unfortunately, the inspection can take ±10–15 days to complete, so delivery of your parcel will be delayed until we receive the release from Customs. We thank you for your patience and understanding.------------------------------------------------------------And there we are at the moment. After reading such bad reviews and having placed my first order with Temu, I felt very nervous. Thankfully, I had no need to worry at all. I placed my order with Temu on 3 September and delivery was estimated between 10-26 September. I had notifications throughout the entire process with delivery being today, 12 September. I also live in an outlying area so very happy with Temu and Buffalo service.
If I could give - stars I would. My package has been to from JHB DC to VAAL DC back to JHB DC back to the VAAL DC and now again to JHB DC pass my house 3 Times as I live 15km from JHB DC. And when I call them all they can say is they are sorry but keep promising I get it first I get promise I get it Thursday or Friday this week now I am being told Monday Tuesday next week. I wonder if I call Monday I be told no Wednesday Thursday. I think it time we all try and contact temu and make them understand they need someone new. Or better yet we stop ordering
They stole my return order, their driver picked up my return order and they cancelled the return with Shein. When I enquired they said I must ask Shein to make other arrangements. I asked them to return the clothes and they ignored my emails and never returned my clothes nor refund. Thieves
