They told me delivery will happen yesterday, rearranged my day and nothing. I called customer service no pick up, the automatic voice revered me to they whatsapp. I thought they improved buy clearly I'm mistaken, this just puts me off from ordering from shein.
Buffalo Logitics is one of the worst businesse I have ever dealt with. Their undertaking of delivering a parcell is a total scam. To communicate with them is impossible. You end up in a call centre with completely untrained staff who are totally unhelpfull. The have a standard answer that it will be escalated and that will take 48 hours. Shein and Temu will realise at some stage that they are losing credibility and clients through the totally useless people they work wih. I will not deal with either while they make use of Buffalo Logistics.
I got the message of my parcel being out for delivery and it gave a 48hour time period. At around 6ish in the evening the delivery guy calls to ask me to meet him at a garage(gas station) near by cause he fears being followed and hijacked when he leaves my complex. As a female and also customer at a delivery company, being asked to pick up my parcel still at a random location is not ideal or happening. He then returned the parcel and told me a new group of people that move around with security escorts will deliver my parcel the next day. The tracking system says I asked for rescheduling. I have received no assistance. No customer services except for the link to track the parcel and that's where they stop responding. I am furious, cause I have another day of awaiting communication about the delivery. If Buffalo logistics is the only way Shein is sending things to South Africa, I am out. The last delivery service company had clearer communication and customer service was on point.
I am editing my review above my original review, because, in Buffaloex's defence, they eventually sorted it out. I think their issue lies mainly with the fact that their website user interface and communication ease and accessibility aren't client-friendly. Especially for those who are not that tech-savvy. From this point on is my original review: "They have the worst communication system ever. I have tried to get my parcel delivered more than 4 failed attempts but for some reason, they can't update an address or phone number because their "systems don't allow it" and the call centre people don't have access to the driver numbers. What is the actual what? You're in the business of delivering parcels but your systems don't allow you to do that effectively. I am absolutely stunned. Shein and Temu should rethink their courier services because I won't be ordering from either of them again due to this issue."
Absolutely worst Courier Company in the world. Liars and cheats. Took my import taxes, never delivered products. Said they failed to deliver but could show no proof. Never in my life will I use this Company or buy from any Company that uses Buffalo.
The service is absolutely terrible. It’s a shame they were given the contract to work with Temu.Their drivers are outright liars who claim they’ve called when they haven’t, leading to your parcel being returned to the warehouse. Once that happens, the process goes completely downhill. I’ve been calling them for 8 consecutive days, and my issue remains unresolved.Some of their call centre agents will even hang up on you when they don’t know how to assist. To make matters worse, they don’t seem to record any details of your previous calls. Every time you follow up, it feels like you’re starting from scratch, explaining the entire issue all over again.In all my life, I have never experienced service this appalling. Temu should seriously consider switching to a more reliable service provider like DSV or Skynet in South Africa.
Most useless, pathetic delivery service I have EVER experienced. What a joke!!!They keep "delivering" to my office outside of business hours... Really??? Don't the drivers check "business hours" prior to planning their day? So let's see if they can get it right the 3rd time they try and deliver my parcel?Why don't they CALL??? They also state you need to make contact with them on their WhatsApp number which NOBODY EVER responds to... What is the point of having this number then? And to top it off NOBODY answers the landline. They just say to make contact with them on the WhatsApp number. So you keep going in circles. Temu, do you even KNOW how unhappy your customers are? Buffalo, how are you even still in business? I have no words....
