All work carried out on my house the…

All work carried out on my house the first guys who moved gas meter position was all good the trouble is getting the make good jobs done pipe work in cupboard messy and not removed excess pipes electric bonding still not finished on mine or neighbours house drive walk way still not cleaned and treading mud In house as a disabled person I am looking at paying for the works to be done I will be out of pocket As expected a copy and paste reply bad manners and disrespectful from a company who only wants money perhaps a formal complaint to the local mp will help

Lovely professional teams & patient boss

If you understand little about gas pipes or meters, but would like all things done only once with little hassle, these are your experts. Ben, the boss, was there always for my concerns and patient with my sometimes silly questions. Teams were superb, professional and did far beyond what was expected, and got the job done. I am ever so pleased. Happy to recommend.

Had superb service today.

Had superb service from Pat Sutcliffe and Liam today in Chesterfield. Pat arrived within an hour of the call. He was so incredibly thorough he checked the neighbouring houses as well as mine to locate the leaks. I am very impressed by this organisation.

It was early morning when my Carbon monoxide alarm was pipping i rang and within 20 minutes the Cadent engineer was here. He was a great guy. Very thorough and reassuring. And I can t praise the service enough. Thank.you

King of traffic jams

If this review was for constantly causing chaos and misery with temporary traffic lights to motorists trying to get anywhere on the roads this would definitely be a 5 star review, they truly are the masters at that. They excel at digging a small hole the leaving it with no work taking place for weeks on end stoping people getting anywhere. They also love to do this in several places all in the same small area at the same time so no matter which way you go to get around it they still manage to catch you. Well done Cadent, you should be very proud of yourselves Also, please don't bother giving me the same generic cut and paste 'we'd like more information to investigate this' response like you have given every other reviwer saying you cause chaos on the roads, how about you actually listen to all the people saying this and actually act on it. Yes, we appreciate work needs to be done but anything Cadent is involved in is a million times worse than it needs to be...also, how about you actually finish the work on time..just once!

Excellent service

I have worked for a housing association for 19 years and have regularly reported leaks for our customers, but never seen the organisation from their side. I had a leak from my external gas meter which was attended to well within the hour advised and then without any fuss and 2nd crew arrived to carry out the repair. I am so impressed with the speed this was attended to and the excellent customer service given by the operatives. Thank you so much. You are all a credit to your organisation

Amazing service!

An engineer, Alex R (from Fulham depot) was sent as a first responder when we detected a gas leak at our premises in Kensington. I am astounded at the level of care and time put into this work. Many years ago under the same circumstances an engineer, from British Gas, arrived, switched off my gas appliance, was polite and kind, and left. Alex went above and beyond this. He identified the problem, switched off my faulty appliance, then stayed for over an hour making sure that my flat, and the entire building, were safely vented from the gas that had leaked from my appliance. You'd think that would be enough... but no. Alex checked my status, whether I was vulnerable, if I would need any more assistance and if assistance could be applied for. I am absolutely amazed at the level of service provided by this engineer from this company. If I could give 10 stars I would. 100 stars would not convey just how good this engineer was! I think I may have got lucky with the engineer but I cannot fault Cadent, as he explained how the service directs him to conduct his work.

UTTERLY USELESS!!!

Absolutely sick and tired of these bunch of clowns constantly digging up the same stretch of road year in, year out! A572 Manchester Rd, Worsley. At least once or twice a year, every year, deadlines always missed and then extended. Get your acts together you utterly useless bunch of incompetents!!!

Absolutely dreaded having our gas pipes…

Absolutely dreaded having our gas pipes replaced in our little cul-de-sac.....but there was no need. All the Gas workers were absolutely great! We knew exactly what was happening and when and they could not have been more pleasant, helpful or accommodating. A really horrible inconvenient job was made so much easier by the chaps who worked so hard in our little road. Thank you** I have happily emailed the review to the email address below with my info**
