Amazing customer service and a great product

Amazing customer service from a customer service advisor called Leanne. I was concerned that my order wouldn’t arrive in time for Christmas however she made sure that it was dispatched almost instantly and sent via DHL express delivery. Also an amazing quality bracelet and exactly what I’d ordered. Would highly recommend this company!

Excellent customer service and lovely jewellery

I ordered a bracelet from Carat but had moved the same week, my old address was saved in the shipping and accidentally sent it to it. I emailed Carat and Leanne replied within 90 minutes to correct my address. The bracelet was ordered on a Wednesday and arrived on the Friday, even with the change in address I don’t normally write reviews but Leanne and Carat have been excellent
