I bought a pair of earrings for my wife’s birthday and I emailed Carat’s Customer Service to see if they could be delivered in time for her. A lovely, helpful lady called Leanne got back to me letting me know she’s posted them the same day as my order so they would get to me in time. She was very helpful and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Leanne.
Lovely products but sadly the returns process is a little shocking. Returns is at your expense plus they deduct the delivery charges off your return.Lesson learnt the hard way, suffice it to say that I won't be ordering from them again
Found some earrings for my wedding with less than two weeks to go. I wanted to make sure they’d arrive in time so I emailed Carat London, they responded within 20 minutes and got my order shipped within the next 5 minutes. It’s such a relief and I can’t thank Leanne enough. Great company with great customer service!
Having ordered my earings via Ebay I requested if the earings could be sent to me urgently as i purchased them for my wife on our 66th anniversary.I got an immediate reply from Leanne customer services who looked after me from start to delivery. My wife was very happy with these pretty earings.Thank you Carat.
Worst service ever! Not only does the customer have to cover the costs of returning the item (+ any applicable duties), but they also refuse to accept the package back, completely ignoring customer support requests. My experience ended up with me wasting €321 on a bracelet that didn't fit me, and an additional €120 trying to return the item. It's just a scam, don't bother wasting your time and money.
I was initially drawn to Carat London because their jewelry is beautiful, but unfortunately, the quality doesn't match the aesthetics. I purchased a necklace for my wedding and a pair of earrings, spending nearly £300.The 18K gold on my gorgeous earrings bent after only the second wear, and now I either don't wear them at all or handle them extremely carefully, which is disappointing for the price. As for the necklace (the Cyndi Necklace), it was a complete disaster. It arrived tangled and impossible to untangle, so I had no choice but to return it.While the customer service was friendly, they were slow to respond and offered no real solution other than returning the necklace and waiting for a refund.In conclusion, while Carat London's designs are stunning, the quality and the condition in which the items arrive, especially considering the high prices, simply aren't worth it.
