I lost my original Carat* London ring a couple of months ago and the team at Carat* has been a complete dream. My ring is no longer on their website or in their stores but they were able to re-create my ring without changing me an arm and a leg. I cannot thank Leanne enough for all of her help. I recomend Carat* London to everyone who is looking for a special piece of jewellery.
I ordered the Briar earrings and Quentin bracelet in white gold plated for my upcoming wedding. Leanne in customer service was superb, ensuring my delivery arrived in time - I can’t thank her and Carat enough for a great service and beautiful products.
I had left my order very late and was worried it wouldn’t arrive in time for my anniversary. Thankfully Leanne was amazing, replying to my email straight away and shipping the necklace immediately. It arrived 2 days after I’d ordered it with a hand written note, nicely wrapped and looked brilliant. The customer service and product quality were impeccable.
Having placed an order with Carat for 2 items I noticed the standard delivery time was outside the time that we wanted for a special birthday present.After contacting customer service Leanne immediately arranged a next day delivery with DHL. Top service.
Gorgeous pair of earrings. One of the earrings broke after a couple of wears, possibly due to them being very delicate. When I raised this with Carat they replaced the pair of earrings with no problem or additional cost. Leanne the customer service advisor was extremely helpful and polite. Thank you so much. Will definitely be back!
