I ordered a pair of earrings a gift. I was worried they wouldnt arrive in time and contacted Carat London to see if they could estimate delivery time. They decided to put my order in express and I received this the next day. The product itself was beautiful and the gift went down a treat! Would recommend!

Birthday Earings

This is the first time of ordering from CARAT I purchased a pair of solitaire earings for my daughters birthday, it wasn't until I recieved the order confirmation that I realised the delivery time was scheduled after her birthday, I contacted customer services and they shipped the earings immediately. Fantastic service and beautiful earingsI will definitely purchase from this company again

Still nothing…Avoid like the plague.

Still nothing…The wait goes on. Leanne at Carat seems oblivious to my email requests, pushing me to get a refund in every email she sends , I want the item! Excuse after excuse with no end in sight!

Just how customer service should be!

Have bought from Carat before and it's always been a good experience. Communication was great when the last order was being shipped close to Christmas (it arrived in good time) and when one item developed a faulty clasp after almost 1 year, the item was exchanged with no fuss, very quickly. Special shout-out to Roxy for her quick and comprehensive responses!

Wonderful Experience In-store and Online!

My experience was incredible, the staff in the South Molton Street boutique were so inviting and made sure I left knowing everything there was to know about the earrings I wanted to get my fiancé, you forget that Carat is a small business given that I eventually ordered the earrings online and they were shipped and at my door the very next morning! An incredible brand, an incredible team and an incredible product!!
