I emailed the company first to find out if they had the items in stock. Leanne responded very quickly and advised me that the items where in stock and if I sent her the order number she would make sure that my items where send out asap. Looking for my final pieces of wedding jewellery with a very small margin of time, I found a stunning necklace from Carat. With 5 days remaining before I leave for the venue, I didn't think I would get it in time.I emailed their support team and Leanne replied to me straight away, got my order dispatched immediately, and I had it the next day.Wonderful customer service, very kind and efficient. The actual necklace is even more beautiful in person!I can't rate this company highly enough and will definitely be looking to order more in the future.
Purchased the 2 ct six prong studs and for 200.00 they are terrible. The stones look so fake was better off going somewhere else for cheaper. Save your money!!! Not to mention they asked me to send a review and never posted it! The earring are cheap wish I would’ve purchased one of there more popular items. I am so disappointed they were very expensive for such low quality zirconia!
