Received within 5 days of ordering. I was concerned about delivery time so sent a message to check. Leanne responded promptly, with a personal message, to assure me all was ok and informed me that my wife’s anniversary bracelet was on its way. Product is beautiful too!Great customer care.
This website has always sold cute pieces and since gentle diamonds have been introduced - the selection has gotten even better Their customer service is amazing - sent a kind request of asking to ensure the items I ordered could be delivered in 5 weeks time (typically deliver in 4-6 weeks or longer if they need to make) The items arrived in a week! Thanks so much!
Oh my goodness what lovely jewellery from this company! I ordered some earrings for my son's wedding and because of circumstances I'd left it until the 11 hour to order them. So I contacted the Customer Service team and was lucky enough to have messages with Leanne, who was superb! She assured me that if I placed my order that day she would guarantee they would arrive in time, and they did, 2 days before the day! She also gave me the discount code which I couldn't find. The earrings are beautiful and will go with my wedding outfit perfectly! I can't recommend Carat London enough for their great products and fantastic service! My order was stolen/lost my the DHL driver and I contacted both DHL and Carat London right away to report the issue. DHL have accepted liability however Carat London are yet to send me out a replacement! The customer service has been appalling and my emails are being ignored. I called the shop which was useless and no one would even point me in the right direction of someone that could help. Looks like I have lost over £100 so not only is the DHL driver a theft so is this company.
I have ordered from this company twice now, and both times their customer service team has been extremely helpful. They really go above and beyond to help and are so kind about it! I ordered the Calluna necklace and then the bracelet and both are equally gorgeous and arrived very quickly. Leanne in particular was lovely and was able to help me receive the bracelet I had ordered in time for an event.
I ordered a Sapphire Pendant and white gold chain for my daughter’s 21st birthday which was going to be whilst we were on holiday in two weeks time. I messaged customer services to enquire if the items were in stock and if they’d be delivered before our holiday. Leanne advised me that the items were in stock and to contact her after placing the order so as she could ensure it was delivered in time. I did this and she replied that it had been despatched. I received frequent updates on the status of the order and delivery. The sapphire pendant is lovely and my daughter loves it. I would definitely order from Carat London again as I couldn’t fault my experience with them.
