One of the most unprofessional delivery companies in Romania with very poor and unhelpful customer support.They tried to deliver 2 times by calling when they were in front of the door and being amazed no one is at home.They said the furniture can only be picked up from their warehouse. I said I have no big car for it and I can even pay for the delivery attempt in coordination with us that someone is at home.I got a reject response, not even the slightest attempt to help.Now the furniture will be returned.
Even though my address was introduced correctly, Cargus somehow introduced another address and they were blaming be and the person who has sent the package. We called several times and requested a change to the address, the change was made and only added in the comments and the carrier went 2 times again, to the wrong address, because he was not capable to read the comments. After calling and speaking to a very rude customer service agent, they told me that this is the protocol and cannot try to deliver the package at my house (for what I paid for) and must go to the warehouse outside Bucharest to pick it up myself. It's outrageous their behavior and don't provide customer satisfaction at all. Avoid at any costs, not a company you should collaborate with.
Absolutely horrible experience. They lie about delivering but nobody came to deliver anything. My package is God knows where. They don't reply to phone calls. Don't reply to live chat in their own app. My package was paid in advance and now I can't get it. This is the most frustrating experience I have ever had in Romania with a delivery company.
This is THE WORST courier company from Romania. The call center number is always unavailable, my package has been in warehouse for the past 2 weeks, and when i finally get an update that the courier has picked up the order and is to be delivered, the courier's phone number is unavailable. Avoid at all costs.My package arrived in 24 hours from another country, and is stuck at the warehouse since 1 week. I contacted call center 5 times, they lied to me every time, and hang up the phone while I'm still explaining to them that I am fine with ANY solution, as long as I get my package. I went personally to the warehouse in f***ing Magurele, outside Bucharest, and they refuse to give me the package even so. They basically seized my stuff and refuse to give them. This company should be reported and closed ASAP.
Worst courier company ever! My package is in their warehouse by more of two weeks ( first date they should have delivered 6 january)...on 14Jan they changed the delivery date to 15 Jan! We are on 22jan and the parcel still not arrived! Attempted to contact them many times, but is hard to reach them on phone or chat, and when you finaly get in touch with them, they are not open for solutions and even hungs up the call when asking when the package will be delivered! Two of two orders with Cargus services and with issues! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING USING CARGUS ! Your package will be either lost in warehouse for weeks, either stolen !!!
This was one of the worse experiences ever. I ordered a jacket from Uniqlo, it came from Poland. When it reached Bucharest apparently dhl international did not put in my full address. So, seeing this on the awb i called the Cargus curier as soon as i got the sms with the delivery. He said that he could not deliver because his designated area was on the other side of the boulevard. I then called the call center twice, the first time on the 16th of January to offer my address in full and the second time on the 17th of January to make sure they will not return my package to the sender since i had this experience with them before. Of course that on the second day which was a Friday the 17th, after working hours with public ended i received an sms that my package was in their ship and go location out of Bucharest, in Magurele. So i had to drive there next day. On Saturday 18th of January the lady at the ship and go office started complaining that they are overwhelmed with work, that her and her team need to work during sick leaves, the call center never forwards the complaints aso. This is a very bad company, apparently the couriers are a disaster, no management involved and no one taking accountability for the errors they are making. There was a line of people in that office that were going through the same situation.
Nothing went good... Poor communication. My package was at their unit storage for more than 10 days... With the good adress of destination, they didn't even try to contact me. I tried to contact them with 3 different methods and..... Had to go there to take my package personally. Cargus reinvented a way of delivery where you have to go at their base to take what they have to send... Basically you r working for them. I recomand to use any other company in Romania but not Cargus...
