Cargus is a joke—and not the funny kind. I received an email stating my package was delivered, yet no one contacted me by phone or message, and the package was never handed over. To this day, it hasn’t been delivered.Trying to get help is a waste of time. No one answers calls or emails, so resolving the issue is impossible. I’m now stuck with no package, no support, and no refund—because there’s nothing to return.Absolutely unacceptable.
If you ever see Cargus as a shipping method, avoid at all costs. I had a package that should have arrived 2 days after ordering, which seemed a little early for me so i was skeptical it would arrive so fast. 2 days later it says courier is on his way to you. Okay, that was unexpected, it actually gets delivered in time? Funny of me to think that. Instead of that the courier does not call, message or even dare to contact me, instead i just get a message with "Not home at the time of delivery". Impressive, so instead of the courier approaching me I have to guess his location or something??? The even better part is that without their pathetic app you cant even get the couriers number, or at least I didn't get it since I didn't even receive an SMS that the package would have been delivered that day, I had to look up my order number and see that it was in fact on the wat towards me (as stated before never arrived). Now I'm stuck with a package that god knows when it will arrive considering the fact that the couriers don't even bother calling anymore. Also don't bother with their call center, you'll get nothing done, and I mean it. They'll usually just say they cant get a contact with the courier or something. Pathetic delivery service. Wouldnt wish this on my worst enemies.
I ordered stuff from online shop 2 weeks ago and now got message from Cargus: "Couriers cannot make calls to international numbers." - I do have estonian phone, as Im visitng Romania for vacation.- What says about courier service, who cant even dial EU phone number inside EU?- They should do something else as service, but definetely not logistics.
The worst company to work with - or receive packages with.Total lack of interest for the client - its been 3 weeks now since a damaged package it's been sitting in their deposit - and no interest in resending it. Replying with email to my email telling me that the problem is getting "reviewed" and "estimations" given - but 0 progress in solving my problem.AVOID ! AVOID ! AVOID !
Today I received a package from TENQ, I had to open the package but I stood in the middle of the road to unpack (there were many products, which were clearly mixed in a big mess and I couldn't figure it out) products were stolen from my package, beware of those who work with Cargus... I also wrote to the company, but I strongly believe that the courier company did this... I have experienced the same thing with another company... shame on you, I will stay away from Cargus
Worst unprofessional and disrespectful company! They keep your package and nobody send it, no communication you need to make 100 complaints and calls and they lie that they will send today or maybe tomorrow for almost a week now
