Absolutely disgusting attitude from call handler!!Made a claim off the other drivers insurance through Carole Nash Insurance as they reversed into my car whilst it was parked outside my flat..The first call handler didn't have a clue what she was doing when I rang to discuss the claim so I asked to speak to someone else...Then someone called Rebecca comes on the phone and asks what can I do for you(in a snotty sounding manner)so I said nothing and put the phone down..Really horrible people and I wont be using Carole Nash Insurance ever again!!
I was involved in a minor accident which was entirely the other person’s fault which was admitted. I was put in touch with Carpenters through Aviva to handle my claim and retrieve my excess payment. My contact Matthew O’Keefe did an excellent job. I never had to chase him and the online portal was easy to use. I’m happy to say I was fully reimbursed in a relatively short time frame so well done Matthew O’Keefe at Carpenters.
I wished I'd didn't have to use them. It's now 1 month until the 3 year deadline. I chase a d chase... Useless. Anyone with half a brain knows this could have been settled years ago. If I lose my right due to them not filing court proceedings...I will be coming for them. Heading to ombudsmen now.
I was in a minor RTA in October last year that wasn't my fault. The other driver initially denied blame and so my compensation claim was cancelled. I was put in touch with Natalie Moss at Carpenters through my insurance company and she has been absolutely amazing. My no-fault injury claim was passed on to Carpenters from Aviva and from beginning to settlement Stephen Hall was excellent. If ever I didn't understand or needed further guidance, Stephen would follow up with me and go into more detail or talk around the topic in a way I could understand and with compassion. Ry knowledgeable and informative i has Zara joseph who did a fantastic job in securing amuch higher counter offer for me sometimes i would have to wait weeks for any reply i appreciate there're very busy with other cases. Regular communication would have been more reassuring
