Well my experience with Carpenters has been nothing but perfect. My case handler Amanda Marshall has been amazing throughout. She has kept me up to date with everything every step of the way, explained how everything was going to happen, she contacted my employer to make sure that they did not want any of my compensation for sick pay i had received during my time off work because of my accident, always sent me either an email or phone call if there was an update on my case. I could not recommend Amanda Marshall enough she is a credit to the company and if anything else like this happens to me again and my insurance use's Carpenters i will be requesting Amanda to deal with my case. My claim started early Sept 2025 and i have now just accepted an offer Jan 2026 so very fast and dealt with efficently. A massive 5 stars and more from me!!!

Avoid this solicitor group at all costs! They have been unresponsive and have not recovered my costs after nearly two years. Their customer service is nonexistent, and I've had to send countless emails just to get a reply. If you are in an accident, seek a different firm that will put in the effort to recover costs.
