Had a no fault car accident 18 months ago, Ryan McIntyre has been great. Kept me in the loop with what's going on and the next steps. Replied quickly to any questions. Have had my settlement amount comfirmed and i'm very happy with it. Just need to wait for the payment then i can put this whole stressful time behind me. Thanks to Ryan for making a very stressful process easy to understand and getting me the best outcome!

I had a RTA over 14 months ago…

I had a RTA over 14 months ago liability was admitted straight away I get no communication or responses to my emails, still no court date and was advised to use these through my car insurance- Unprofessional handlers change constantly which is a red flag in itself I am finding out if I can change solicitors

My claim has been going on a for a few…

My claim has been going on for a few years but only due to the third party deciding to lie and deny liability. I was a passenger in the claim but i remained positive Carpenters will push the claim and finally the third party had no choice but to admit. My case was passed over many times but then Kieren Franchetti took over and he kept regular contact with me and settled the claim proficiently. Today i have accepted the settlement and await my payment. Many thanks Kieran and Carpenters for your service. A long journey but totally understandable due to the third party. Thanks again!

Similar experience to many other…

Similar experience to many other reviewers. Went through Carpenters via my car insurance for a personal injury claim. 0 action for 4 months, no replies to any messages or phone calls for updates (I had to contact my car insurance to get their phone number as it is nowhere to be found).When I called them after 4 months I was told my case had not been transferred after the case handler had left. However when I formally complained, they told me that after investigating the case, they felt they had been proactively updating me (I had not received a single update to that point). A few weeks later they closed the claim without even calling me to discuss. Their reason to close the claim does not make sense as they have not even reviewed the evidence or contacted any witnesses. When I called to try and discuss I was told the case is closed therefore there is no-one to talk to.

TERRIBLE

WOW - I wish I read their reviews before hand. This company is so unprofessional, gives empty promises, would love to know what they are actually getting paid for. Only emails sent are at 4.49pm on a Friday with then out of office emails sent. They take 25% which if they was worth it I would be more than happy with. For being in an accident which wasn’t your fault these have got to be the WORST company to go for.If you want to be out at a loss and ignored then this is the company for you.

⭐ 1 Star (would give zero if possible)Absolutely shocking experience with Carpenters Group Solicitors. Following a crash on a roundabout — where we 100% had right of way and the other driver failed to give way to the right — these so-called “professionals” have been nothing short of disappointing and pathetic.Since September 2022 (over 1,100 days ago!), I’ve received maybe four or five emails, most of which were from different case handlers who clearly hadn’t even read the file. Despite providing clear evidence, including a CAD diagram of the roundabout, a detailed explanation of the traffic flow, and references to the Highway Code, nobody seemed to grasp the basics of the case.Today, I’ve received an email saying they’re closing the case! I’m a well-informed, educated, and experienced driver with 20+ years of clean driving, yet every time I managed to speak to someone from Carpenters, they came across inexperienced and dismissive — their attitude was basically “roundabout crash, 50/50 job!”The only time I got any kind of response was when I requested a call from their directors (whose details, by the way, are on Companies House if anyone else needs them).This has been a simple case made unnecessarily stressful. I genuinely regret ever instructing Carpenters Group. Avoid them at all costs if you value your time, sanity, and mental health. It’s a shame I can’t give them zero stars.

I have been with a carpenter solicitors…

I have been with a carpenter solicitors for about five years they have done me proud. I’m happy for the outcome that he was with me all the way. I would definitely recommend this company in any legal battle you have against other parties. I would like to say thank you to Stephen Hall who seen my case the last minute thank you to all at Carpenters solicitors.

Useless service

Useless service, I was informed there was a conflict in my case as Carpenters were also acting for the other party and that I needed to authorise a transfer. I sent this authorisation on at least 4 occasions, though the case was never passed on nor was this acknowledged, as a result my Wife's personal injury claim was not processed and we did not receive the appropriate legal support. Seven months after the original claim they have closed the case, without acting on my behalf or passing on the claim as they should have.SOU1128/17555/MIOB
