Richard Stone is absolutely fantastic

Richard Stone is absolutely fantastic, he has kept us in the loop through every process. Richard was up front about everything and was very good at explaining his reasons behind every bit of his advice with pros and cons for everything. I would recommend him to anybody in the same situation that we found ourselves in. Richard is very down to earth too which really does help.

Absolutely HORRIBLE

Absolutely HORRIBLE. I did a claim with them and they ended up failing me horribly and I’ve had to end up paying them over £1000 due to their lack of communication and negligence. Please AVOID these solicitors at all costs they will fail you so badly

Useless company they sent me a text…

Useless company they sent me a text saying I need to send back my medical report .email them to tell them I haven’t got it 4 email later still not got back to me and no one picked the phone up and when they do iam put on hold for 38 mins useless company if I didn’t have to use them I would not

Avoid Carpenters Group at all Cost

To anyone referred to Carpenters Group to represent you following a Road Traffic Accident - steer clear and seek another firm. This firm operate only online via a portal, and do not enable you to speak promptly with anyone handling your claim. Messages I sent often went weeks without any response, and at no point was I provided with any legal advice or guidance whatsoever. On 2 occassions I tried to make contact by telephone, with both calls totalling almost 2 hours as I waited on hold after being put through by an operator to ´my claims team´. In the end I hung up as it was obvious there would never be anyone to take my query. This firm are only in this for the money, operating on a volume basis. All correspondence is proforma, and zero consideration to individual circumstances are given - simply they are a checklist firm who pursue the standard compensation rates without giving consideration to additional details which should enable the recovery of additional loses. My claim took 18 months, and overall despite suffering injury, my award barely covered the time I spent in correspondence and travel costs. I would actively encourage anyone I speak to to avoid to save disapointment.

Terrible

I was in an accident 18 th September and got pit on to yous through my insurance company ! I am now going to need to change companies as I do not know how to get any one to answer questions ! Put several messages on app ! Phoned up on hold for ages to be told someone will be in touch sent several emails no reply ! My insurance company Hastings have emailed yous with me in the email still no reply ! Got sent a envelope to post all my forms with no address on it only said carpenters free post ,called up and asked the address to be told post man would know where to take it no address or stamp needed ! Asked to make a complaint as that information is wrong told someone would be in touch to 72 hours that was 2 weeks ago !I will now be calling my insurance tomorrow morning to report this again and tell them I will need to look for a new solicitor. This is a very straight forward claim the 3rd partyhas taken full responsibility and I don’t even know if you have received my personal forms as no one responds to you ! Never had customer service like this before . It’s the Glasgow office I was told to send my forms to . Really disappointed and adding to my stress
