Slow, months late replies

Poor, Slow. No replies. Still in the middle of a claim, that should have been straight forward. It has past the year mark. For a car accident that the fault was admitted less than a month after they took on the claim. The Lawyer doesn’t reply if i enquire on the online port and i only get out of office emails in return for emails. I’m currently waiting for a reply from the lawyer this has been over a month. claim started 19/10/24

Worst company I have ever used

Worst company I have ever used. No one ever replies to you, I have had to raise 3 complaints internally and then email the legal ombudsman due to lack of contact. Reception staff are rude and dismissive. No one seems to care. I wish I could give negative stars!Absolute sham of a company!If they are recommended to you avoid!!!

I felt at first that I had to fight my corner a bit to get representation but once I had achieved that, the support was good and referral to DPP was excellent. I kept my carpenters representative informed of discussions with DPP but i didn't receive any checks back to ensure that I was happy with how things were going. I am very pleased with my insurance, and that carpenters referred to DPP but carpenters could perhaps be more proactive initially and through the case.
