The solicitor (Mr Battarbee) who spoke with me on the phone was very kind and considerate, instructive reassuring and helpful. We solved the issue quickly thereafter (family member accused by another motor insurer/person of several road traffic violations which were fabricated), by means of a letter to the Police explaining with photos. Unfortunately my experience has been terrible and is still ongoing. I had an accident on 28 February 2025, the other person admitted liability that same day. So no complications or discussions to resolve it. 9 months on, the simple claim still hasn't been resolved. I email via the portal and also gmail for updates on the case and receive no response. I have no idea how much longer this is going to take.Case Ref: SOU1128/16349

I worked in car insurance as a claim handler for two years, I know how long a claim takes to be paid out. The claim I had was minor compared to most however a few thousand is needing to be compensated. My legal advisor clearly doesn’t work there anymore and no matter how many emails/online requests I make, no one gets back to me and it has been like this for months. Will be taking this to another solicitor to claim back from this company if nothing changes.
