Please please please i'm writing this and i hope get help in a short time so i bought a gift card for playstation with 10$ and i didn't get my card and they said We were unable to process your eGift Card order from PlayStation at the same time they get my money from my card what i need to do now!!!!!!!
Ich möchte hiermit vor **CashStar** warnen, insbesondere vor dem Kauf von Gutschein-Codes über deren Plattform. Meine Bestellung mit der **Bestellnummer: CND6ME5X5C** vom **2. Januar 2025** wurde bis heute nicht bearbeitet, obwohl das Geld längst abgebucht wurde. Trotz mehrfacher Versuche, die angeblich verschickte E-Mail mit den Code-Daten zu erhalten, kam **keine Antwort**. Es scheint, dass CashStar keine Bereitschaft zeigt, diesen Fall zu klären. Nach meinen Recherchen bin ich anscheinend **nicht der einzige Kunde**, der ähnliche Probleme hat. Dieses Verhalten ist **unseriös und betrügerisch**, weshalb ich rechtliche Schritte eingeleitet habe, um diesem Verhalten ein Ende zu setzen. Ich rate jedem dringend davon ab, dort einzukaufen, da man sein Geld riskiert und keinerlei Service erhält! CashStar sollte zur Rechenschaft gezogen werden. Kunden verdienen einen transparenten und zuverlässigen Umgang mit ihren Käufen. I want to warn everyone about **CashStar**, especially regarding the purchase of gift card codes on their platform. My order with **Order Number: CND6ME5X5C**, placed on **January 2, 2025**, remains unprocessed, even though the money has already been taken by CashStar. Despite multiple attempts to receive the email containing the code information, **no email has been sent**, and CashStar has shown no willingness to resolve the issue. Based on my research, I am clearly **not the only customer** facing such problems. This behavior is **unprofessional and fraudulent**, and I have initiated legal action to put an end to this unacceptable conduct. I strongly advise against making any purchases through them, as you risk losing your money and receiving no service in return. CashStar needs to be held accountable. Customers deserve transparent and reliable service for their purchases!
If I could rate CashStar (more like TrashStar) like, NEGATIVE 5 stars, I would. I tried to buy a Roblox $100 gift card from the gift cards website, but it never EVER sent me an email, when it should go through almost instantly, but it never came, except, IT JUST TOOK MY F###ING MONEY. I JUST LOST $100 F###ING DOLLARS. I'm never buying Roblox cards from TrashStar EVER again. Time for a class action lawsuit against TRASHStar and Roblox (especially TRASHStar)
Made an order for a $50 roblox giftcard and was sent an email "Unable to Process Your Digital Gift Card Order" followed by another email saying "Your Roblox Gift Card Order has been confirmed!" though I am yet to receive either a gift card or refund.
I ordered a 100€ roblox gift card and receveid nothing just an email saying that my money will be back in my bank acount but i got nothing i just paid 100€ for nothingUpdate 2 january they sended me an email saying that they will helping me as fast as they can but again there is nothing
Paid for a $15 Roblox Gift Card on 12/31/2024. Gift for my 8 YO daughter. On my online CC Statement it says Citi Bike. But then mentioned Coinstar. And I don’t need a Robotic Answer, I need solutions. Maybe time for a Class Action Suit against Coinstar and Roblox!!!

I just tried buying a $50 Roblox Gift Card a little over an hour ago, when i made the purchase i got an email saying that the order was confirmed. But immediately after that I got another email saying that it was "Unable to Process Your Digital Gift Card Order" (#CND6MEMJ55). From all these other reviews and from what I've seen from research I've done. There might be some shady things going on. So I would either like my gift card code, or I would like a full refund of my money back. I am upset from this and I would NOT recommend buying gift cards from this company.Update 1: As of about 12:30 p.m. Dec 31st, I was able to send a little bit of information in response to an email that was sent to me. Hopefully this goes well, and I will keep you guys updated.
