I ordered a 25$ giftcard from Playstation Semi Cashstar and got SCAMMED.Whenever my friend opens the link for her to see the giftcard it says "eGift cannot be viewed" and bellow it, it says "Please contact the person who shared the eGift with you if you think this is a mistake". I also tried to enter the link myself as I am the one who bought the giftcard but I get the same messageI ask for a solution to this issue as my money is already in the giftcard.
complete bullshit, they told me to wait 72 hours for my refund, ITS BEEN OVER A WEEK. i purchased the giftcard LAST WEEK SATURDAY. i will sue this company if i dont get my money back . I never knew they existed until all of a sudden they charged me 20$ Roblox gift card using my PayPal account. I filed the unauthorized usage and now I will go deeper in how they got my PayPal account!!! Clearly they are scamming people so please be aware and do not buy anything from there.
Tried three different times to get a $10 card for my son. Every single method of payment failed. Every single method has thousands available, yet .... failed. What a POS experience for a POS game. I utterly hate everything Roblox and now this payment platform too.
This is a scam, please don’t order from them. I placed an order for £50, received an email confirming the order, then straight after received an email advising that the order has been cancelled and the money will be refunded. I then tried a different bank account for another £50 and it happened again. I have spoken to them on live chat and they have no intention of refunding the money, it’s a scam where we are required to try and claim the funds back via our bank.
Bought a 10 USD gift card, and wow. Just got 2 emails. One says that your order's been cancelled, but no money comes back to my account. Second says that your purchase succeeded. And theres no redeem code. Worst place to buy a roblox gift card ever.
I made an account just for this review. I bought a 25 dollars ROBLOX gift card only for them to immediately say "unable to process your gift card purchase". They said my money will be in pending authorizations, but it's taking them forever to give it back and they didn't even give me my gift card. They didn't refund me in more than 3 business days, after they said they will in 72 hours after contacting their customer service. Never buy any gift cards from CashStar. Thank god I only got scammed out of 25 and not much more than that.
I bought a 100$ Puma Digital Giftcard (Order #CND6MEDS8B), well they messaged me it "confirmed" at first, then after a few seconds they emailed me this"We're sorry. We were unable to process your eGift Card order from PUMA.Settled charges will be refunded to the original form of payment. Pending authorizations do not represent capture of funds and will expire according to the policies of the financial institution."Three days have passed and no refund has been received. Give me my money back.
Bought a roblox card off this website for 50$, guess what happened. waited 3 full hours no response. But on the 4th hour, i got a email saying your delivery was not able to process, ENSURING a refund. At that time I was already pissed. So i casually waited for a refund... nothing.
