Normally CashStar are fine, but it’s been 2 days since I ordered a Roblox digital gift card and they took the money out of my account and still haven’t given me the digital card. It’s a bit annoying as I well I wanna use it already but I’m stuck as they haven’t responded to my emails I sent.
Spent 15$ on a gift card and i was instantly told they were unable to process it. I was then told I would receive a refund and have yet to get one. My order code is #CND6MEFWEG. I want my money back and these guys are clearly trying to take it from me.
I have had a charge to my PayPal out of nowhere from this company for a gift card I absolutely have not purchased. I am in the UK and the charge is in USD, the email also has a different name to mine.I have emailed them days ago asking for support and yet to receive a response.
I’ve ordered from Cash Star before, and the first time, my purchase didn’t go through, requiring a refund. In December, I decided to give them another chance and spent $150, but I still haven’t received my refund. I should have learned my lesson the first time and avoided buying from them again.
I LEFT A REVIEW ABOUT ONE WEEK AGO AND IT TOOK THEM A WHOLE WEEK TO GET ME MY MONEY BACK AND "RESOLVE MY ISSUE" JUST FOR THE REFUND TRANSACTION TO BE CANCELLED, I HAD MY MONEY BACK FOR NOT EVEN A DAY BEFORE THEY TOOK IT BACK, THE EGIFT CARD CHARGES STILL REMAIN ON MY ACCOUNT. AND DONT REPLY TO THIS BACK ASKING FOR INFO, TAKE THE INITIATIVE AND LOOK AT THE ISSUE I ALREADY TALKED ABOUT.
Yesterday just bought an egift card for myself and got an email before they confirmed the card code saying some bs like "we couldn't process your gift card" and never even gave the gift card customer support didn't even respond and it said it refunded even though I didn't get my money back I will never be buying from here again Edit: they never gave me an email for the code or anything
